Great for science museum, beach & shops, good breakfast, pool and bar staff but slightly unhelpful reception staff who provided the wrong information on their exorbitant parking prices 25€ for 1 night. Basically if you leave later the next day than the time you checked in you get further charged! There is also free parking around the hotel which was never mentioned when we queried the high costs. I was also told I needed to pay another 15€ per night to hire a kettle as my room rate at 185€ did not include one. I have never come across this before (a deposit yes but not a charge!) Nice hotel but seemed a little greedy.

This hotel is very modern and clean. It is very close to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and the Turia garden. There are many restaurants in the area and it is quiet. The room also comes with a free minibar. The air conditioner worked well but it turns off at 7:30 pm. I was there in early April so that might not be the policy in the summer. I will stay at this hotel if I return to Valencia.

Check in was quick and easy. If you plan to use the pool, make sure to ask for the towels at check in to make things smoother. The room was as described and clean. The pool was great to have in the July heat. The food from the restaurant was delicious as were the drinks. The rooms were cleaned each day. Breakfast was great and had everything we needed.

Couldn't get breakfast for 2 of the days I paid for, all coffee machines down, but rooms were comfortable and staff was nice

Modern, spacious, and comfortable hotel close to the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia. Many transport, shopping, and dining options. Very attentive staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really lovely hotel. Very clean, modern, and the staff was so nice. They surprised my daughter on her birthday with cake and a handmade card--it was so kind! It is located equal distance between the beach and the Old City center. We had a great time!

I had to have an engineer to open / repair my safe FIVE times in the week that I stayed. Other than that, no complaints. Staff were great, hotel is well placed for restaurants and a couple of bars and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop if you want to go to the old town or the beach. Each journey is €2 - tap as you get on and you’re good to go. Plenty of choice for breakfast, but the layout isn’t great. The bread isn’t near the butter, the bowls aren’t near the cereals - but these are minor things.

Very helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance to several malls, restaurants and attractions. Good transport links. Room was decent size and breakfast was okay with a decent variety. Mini bar was free and replaced everyday with branded drinks. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Got twin beds for a girls trip and was able to easily split them. The bidet was great and easy to use and great shower pressure.

Great location roughly mid way between the old town and the beach. El Corte Ingles is across the road if you need anything. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast caters for everyone and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again and recommend it to other travellers

Room cleaned daily. Fresh towel if needed. Breakfast excellent with very extensive choice. Staff very friendly and helpful,especially Pablo on reception who told us everything we needed to know on checking in and booked us an early morning taxi on booking out.

This is a really excellent hotel. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff - without exception - were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly , professional and helpful. The rooms are very modern and well appointed, perhaps a little on the small side but absolutely fine for a short stay. The bar and pool area are great, it was a real bonus having the pool there. I think the photos on Expedia make the hotel look a little cold and office-like but in reality it is a pleasant and bright space. The location is good insofar that it is right next to Turia Park and the museums, plus it has a shopping centre and plenty of little cafes nearby. It is roughly equidistant between the beach and old town. This is great on a sunny day when the walk through the park is pleasant. We had a couple of days of average weather and the walk to either was a bit of a bind. Plenty of public transport and cabs options that said. It is about an 15min walk to the nearest Metro though. Overall I would recommend the hotel highly. If you want a trip that is focused on the old town or on the beach - or you are not keen on walking to places - you may want to chose somewhere nearer those two locations. Be aware that they will cost a lot more - INNSide was really reasonable and roughly half the price of hotels in the old town. Highly recommended.

Great location for the aquarium and science museum. Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was small with a few sunbeds - to be expected for a city hotel.

Lovely hotel about 20 min bus ride away from city. Its a good location situated between city and beach.

The menu breakfast was fresh. Staff was friendly and willing to resolve any issues. The parking was not free and there were issues with the automated parking system. The rooms are were comfortable and beautifully renovated. We had a very good overall experience.

Loved my stay here. Check-in was smooth, staff were kind and courteous, and my room was spotless with everything I needed. Great location near the City of Arts and Sciences and easy access to the beach. Definitely a hotel I’d recommend to friends.
