We love the hotel. So close to the ferry and everyone is so nice !

They never cleaned our room! The service was terrible, and they charged us $80 more for the room upon arrival!

It was an amazing Holiday weekend, even we have encountered an expected issue to our rooms, but the stuff were able to resolved it.

We liked the hotel, and had a good experience. My only objection was parking, the parking spots are European-size (very small). Not sure why this was, but it was a bit odd, you have to squeeze the car in, and you can barely make it out (if you don't want to scratch your and other cars).

Very convenient to go to restaurants, near by to any place you want to go with friends and family.

The place was very loud with running which literally shook the walls. I. Ended up calling the front desk to report it twice. It made an otherwise beautiful stay miserable. We could not sleep for the noise.

We love this hotel and stay here all the time. The ferry is conveniently located across the street from the hotel which also makes for fun day trips.

Good location to visits on the Cape and the islands.

Your application to collect responses does not work - provides an unsatisfying experience for your customers. When I checked in I paid for parking through 5-19 but was provided a tag that expired on 5-16. The front desk could not solve this problem without an inconvenience to me. I paid you to park my car there so that I would Not be inconvenienced and will Never ever park a car with you again. It would have been easier to just get in my car and drive the the offsite parking. Very Little value for the money. Disappointing that you could Not solve your error on your own. Fix your antiquated and broken process

Clean, Bright & New!

Front desk was inconvenienced when we asked for a room closer to the lobby. We had a lot of luggage and mobility issues, and they had us waaaay across the property. Oh, and it was practically empty. An unnecessary display of poor customer service.

Unbelievable noise from window air unit next door or upstairs. Vibration alone is enough to ruin the night. Young gent. Showed up and said nothing he could do - Should have insisted to move rooms, albeit at 1am I didn’t have it in me. The night got worse, and I’m not a sensitive sleeper. Good luck! Those window units are everywhere. Otherwise perfect location across street to ferry terminal.

The showers were not hot, and they did not provide plastic cups or glasses for rinsing teeth (after brushing)

Absolutely wonderful stay! Looking forward to coming up again soon.
