Excellent stay at a very high standard of apartment. Great location with 2 metro stops within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Friendly staff on the reception. The apartment was of a very high standard. Plenty of good restaurants within an easy walk also. Will be returning to this apartment.

I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!

Air condition no good

The room was an oven. I arrived and settled down and notice the a/c was not working. I went down after an hour and reached out. They sent a person. He explained it was going to go down to 20 C .. it was at 24.5= 76 degrees. forever. Outside was cooler 66 We all sweated overnight, the worst night!! Don’t say there is a A/C when there is not!!

The room was nice and clean. But common areas as the lobby elevators hallways in terrible condition. Carpets old and dirty!

The check-in was super quick and easy and the staff very helpful. The apartment was well equipped. Loved it that it is pet friendly! The internet connection is okay. You have to pay an extra fee for better speed if you need to work.

Check in customer service was honestly very poor. The lady made us feel like she was doing us a favor. The hotel is in horrible condition, but they are renovating, and our room was renewed already and a very nice one. Check out very easy.

Everything..... Brand new Apartment.... Love it.... and like three blocks away from Real Madrid’s Stadium.... Santiago Bernabéu Market 500 feet away ..... Next time I’m here in Madrid Spain .... my 1st choice will be this property.

Great location, nice room but in need of a total upgrade and there was a lack of attention to detail. If I had read the reviews before I booked, I would've never stayed there but luckily it was only for 2 nights. Why you ask? 1. Furniture was old, outdated, stained, some with chipped wood and should be replaced with new stuff. 2. Carpet was old, stained and needs to be taken out immediately and just replace with tile. I would think this would be obvious since this is the first thing you see. 3. Cracked toilet should be replaced! Looked like it was just stuck together with glue. 4. Some light switches do not work and you are not sure what they turn on. 5. Additional electrical sockets to plug in laptop and charge phones would be useful. 6. Toilet paper holder and shower faucet were coming off the wall and should be fixed. 7. Wall paper in kitchenette and bathroom looked old and stained and should be replaced. Having said all that, the linens and bed sheets were clean and all the appliances work fine. Just be aware that the Wifi password you are given expires after a while and you are expected to pay for additional service.

The location is very very good to watch the game of Real Madrid and go to sightseeing (it is very convenience to use Metro). And the space of room is very wide and comfortable. But the property is very very old and the power of Wifi is very very low.....

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Even if the room needed some improvements, to me if you are friendly and give excellent customer service it makes a big difference.

Good: spacious rooms (small living room, small bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom) Bad: eBookers phone service recommended this hotel because of the swimming pool and balcony/terrace. The swimming pool was closed until the next month (despite +30 outside temperature). The balcony/terrace was out-of-order. At arrival, very rude receptionist.

Great supermarket close by. An easy walk to the metro and a 20 minute ride.

It clearly needs more repairing of the installations.
