Pool was down they didnt say anything on the web page neighbors were loud . The maid left her phone in the room and tried to walk in the room . Then in the morning they banged on my door to slip the paperwork underneath the door.

Only booked the room for the hot tub and swimming they do not le you know those things are out of service.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. I used to stay there a couple times a year but it has been a while. The halls were dirty. The carpet was stained. The pool and hot tub were broken. And it smelled terrible. I had to run the fan in my room to help with the smell. I will not be staying there again.

The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was instant eggs, but we just needed to sleep and go, so it was fine. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful.

It was a two story building without an elevator. Carpet seemed old and had spots. The pool area was quite rundown. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable.

Front door to my room wouldn't stay closed without deadbolt..found a bug in the bed in the morning which grossed my wife out big time..not staying here again

Overpriced for what you get. Air conditioner didn't work properly, internet inadequate, and housekeeping staff unprofessional. The air conditioner does not work well and could not keep up with the heat. As a result, the room was warm the entire night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Internet was hot-or-miss. Some devices connected, while others did not. Housekeeping attempted to enter room in the morning WITHOUT knocking or identifying themselves, despite the "do not disturb" sign being on the door. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The continental breakfast was decent and the beds were comfortable, but nothing about this stay or hotel justified it costing $200 for the night. There are definitely better places in town to stay; choose one of them instead.

Your services are terrible. I tryed to rent a vehicle with my reward points …. After 3 hours on the phone with your support. I was unable to use my key one cash ! Your advertisement is false and I will be filing a complaint

This hotel was horrible, questionable people making noise in and around hotel…looked like the hotel was running one of those immigrant housing projects. The clerk knowingly gave me a room with a broken shower. She then told me that there was nothing she could do about it, and refused to refund my credit card charges. My brother and I were stopping in Fallon after hiking Wheeler Peak in Great Basin and driving 5 hrs to the hotel on our way to Bay Area. The hotel and staff were a nightmare, we left and found another hotel. Seriously, I wouldn’t let my dog spend 5 minutes in this dump.

Total experience was exceptional. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

The pool was in a separate building so you would have to go outside to go to the pool and when getting out, although it is listed as an indoor pool. Parking was awful, there are not enough spaces to go with the number of rooms they have. It was a bit loud, could hear the person talking in the room next to ours.
