Muy grata estancia, solamente pedirīa mas atención en el desayuno, varios platillos estaban muy frios

Me encanto la estancia. El hotel muy bonito, el staff super amable no puedo dejar de mencionar todas la atenciones que tuvieron con mi anciana madre. El cuarto precioso y muy grande, el desayuno bufete muy variado y rico, igual el staff maravilloso. Muy buena experiencia.

The food is awesome, and the ancient Hazienda is a beautiful setting. The service is impeccable.

The building has poor maintenance, in the pool there was just 1 person poorly attending, the pet friendly rooms looks improvised and are away from everything, food was ok.

The location was really good and the room very clean very comfortables!

el htel es ya bastante antiguo, colonial y tine unas instalaciones bonitas, sus servicios estan bien el unico detalle a mejorar son las regaderas.

The gardens and exterior are beautiful but the rooms…no tv, phone or WiFi. The bathroom was so tiny that the door could barely close. AC was super noisy. We will not stay there again

The property boasts a “Grand Mission”. Name but the only Grand is the title. For starterts the property is falling apart, rugs are dirty and old in every room. The dinner experience was terrible, I ordered a Salmon and it was burnt in the outside and frozen in the inside. The bill took 30mins although we were only two tables there and the other ona was the manager watching a soccer game. The “GYM” has two bycicles and thats about it. The tennis courts are not longer part of the property so you need to book and pay with a third party. At check out, the guy at the desk could balance the bill because he did not have the password and had to wait for 30mins for yhe manager. In net, you have to stay away this hotel.

Room was clean. Because of the construction material of this old building, I could hear people talking in outside the room, although there was an interior door that solved that issue. Illumination can be improved inside the rooms.

Expedia offered dog friendly room, which was more expensive than normal room. When registering, hotel staff indicated that dog friendly room does not include pet fee, so they charged an added cash fee.

Se niegan a emitir una factura fiscal con reservación desde un tercero (Expedía). No la enviaron antes del cierre de año y no responden mensajes de WhatsApp. Incumplimiento de una obligación fiscal básica. El hotel una propiedad bonita aunque antigua pero pésimos servicios, entre ellos el internet. Parece un ambiente “muerto”.

No sirve el internet , no te dan opcioens de paquetes qu eincluyan desayunos, el agua de la alberca super fria, no hay frigobar en los cuartos , etc...

Always good place to stay

Somos dos personas de la tercera edad y al principio nos dieron una habitación lejos. Nos la cambiaron a una mucho mejor

El personal no esta capacitado para resolver problemas, se fue la luz por 4 horas y lo sabian y no avisaro y habiamos muchas personas que ibamos a una boda y no pudimos arreglarnos
