We asked for late check-out twice, and received no response.

Really loved stayed across from the pool, we used that often. Having dishes and utensils was nice to save us money. The sheets and blankets were so, so soft and the soap, shampoo and body wash smelled so good. The bar soap smelled like legit poop. The bed was hard as a rock and I woke up in pain everyday. The resort was great and we’d def come back if the beds were upgraded.

Not for me .. Breakfast at this property is expensive and not many options … and to reach staff at the property they is a in house landline which is not working… and they couldn’t even find my reservation when asked for additional info .. not worth for the buck.

We went Clearwater, Florida to visit the Marine Aquarium and I found Innisbrook Resort on Hotel.com. The place is absolutely amazing. It’s on a golf course and the building we stayed in was on one of the waterways. It was such beautiful scenery to see outside our room’s window. The staff were so kind and welcoming from Sebastian in Reservations to Paul at Check In. They have restaurants on site all over the resort as well as several pools to choose from, and there is also a day spa you can spend time at if that is your thing. We will definitely be going back and staying there!

The resort was very nice and quiet. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We ate at the grill and the food was delicious and the service was great.

Great stay, beautiful property. Was not expecting to pay a $40 fee for booking through Expedia.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Some issues with the tv cable and toilet were promptly fixed. Beautiful grounds, nice room though very compact. The bed was comfortable but very firm. Loch Ness pool was great and food and drinks were very good. Thank you!

I was very happy and surprised at how comfortable our stay was. My only suggestion would be more communication on room location. The lack of handicapped accessibility, was a bit concerning. We were shown the building, but it wasn’t intuitive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The room was great, the TV is old and gave us a little trouble. But they came and helped
