Awesome hotel.

It was ok

The hotel property is not well maintained, kept clean or a nice place to stay. The staff are all excellent and friendly and are doing what they can with the resources they have. If you are just looking for a place to lay your head with no other expectations, this is fine. The "roll away bed" isn't actually that. It's 2 thin mattress pads they drag into the room and leave on the floor.

Enjoyed my stay with an upgraded room

In my opinion, this is the place to stay to unwind, regroup, and catch up on your Rest and Relaxation.

No hot water for showers/bath

The hotel is well situated, affordable, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Overall the stay was pleasant and I will likely be returning. The place does need some tender love and care but you can tell it would have been a true gem back in it's day. The beds are worn and need updating, the rooms are clean but could use some touching up, and some of the appliances and hardware are pretty outdated. The breakfast is mediocre, omelets are decent, however the rest is just very simple and lacks things like bacon, sausages, however when they have fry jacks it's nice. The staff really makes the place with their very helpfil and pleasant attitude.

This property is dated but has a lot to offer. Continental breakfast, movie theater for kids a game room, pool and gift shop.

Room was dirty. Tub wasn’t clean. There was hair on the bathroom floors. The shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. Front desk was notified and nothing was done. Wash cloths were requested and was told none was available. Anything that was requested took over 30 mins to arrive even when walking up to the counter to pick up.

I stay here because of the price. The bed is comfortable but this hotel has seen better days and even if it is clean it doesn't look like it. I never shower the tile and grout and caulking is so dingy-I just can't. It needs a major reno or a bulldozer at this point. You cant't beat the view though.

Having a movie theater in the hotel was interesting

Toilet overflowed after flushing urine. They refused to bring a mop to clean floor. I used the towels to clean it. We checked out the next morning.

Customer service was awesome and accommodating!

I did not like my stay at the Princess Hotel. It needs updating, looks dirty. They give you one towel and wash cloth for four people. The game room is a rip off. Stay at Golden Bay you would like it much better.

Convenient location

Stayed here for 7 nights. Used this place as our base to explore the whole country. Provided a good breakfast and omelets. Rooms were big and clean. You can see they are updating rooms and repairing the whole place. Nice location for walking. Good eating options around. Will stay agin

Ocean view and walk. Large pool, great room views for both sunset and sunrise. Amazing kids arcade.

I recall when this hotel opened many years ago it was fantastic. Not so anymore. The entire place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The only areas that I saw that were well-kept were the reception and lobby.

The hotel staff was very nice and they kept the place clean. But the hotel itself needs to be renovated and upgraded. The gym needs newer equipment. Rixy at the bar is so wonderful. I could sit down and laugh and talk with her all night. She was so friendly and warm to everyone she waited on. A blessing in that business. But my stay was good for the whole week. Even when i had to change rooms because of a problem that renovations would address in air conditioning and water leakage. The niceness of the staff can make people come back, but won't keep them. Make the place great again.
