I like the location and the condition of the property, but the communication was poor. Also the apartment was overpriced.

Small room, refrigerator smell, no napkins nor soap and the bathroom is not cleaned but the communications are great

We had the perfect stay, everything was clean and as described. The reception staff was super helpful and nice.

El aire acondicionado en la habitación es manejado por el propietario, por lo tanto sufrimos de calor en la habitación ya que NO pudimos poner la temperatura en nuestra habitación como queríamos. ¡Así que OJO con esto, más para verano que hace mucho calor en Madrid!

Reception is hardly ever manned. Communication is poor and amenities do not exist

I did not like using the kiosk to get in. I like that they had parking but it would be nice if it was free since you are paying to stay there. The place was clean and felt safe.

Very clean , nice location. Bit uncomfortable the out of staff hours when you check in , quite difficult, lack of additional information from the hotel prior stay . The rest , the apartment is very nice!!!

Had a great stay , very secure property across the road from the metro station. Self catering apartment very clean. Asked for an ironing board and iron and it was in the room on our return from sightseeing. Nothing too much trouble helpful and friendly reception.

The hotel offers large, well furnished one bedroom units that are excellent for long term stays.

Nice and clean place. Check process was smooth and the staff was so friendly. Only little issue was the WiFi from our room was not great. It wouldn’t work in bedroom but main area it was fine.

This is hard to evaluate. The positive - convenient location for me, clean, spacious, all the necessary equipment. The not so great - which is not the necessarily the fault of the hotel - there was a party from other guests until 2 in the morning. It shouldn't be up to other guests to remind others about quiet hours and how to behave in hotels. This is accelerate by the shockingly bad automated check-in experience - no person, just a computer and the stepped process was not clear and faulty. No person to ask question and if you have multiple people checking in it takes ages. Furthermore, you only have a phone number to call when you have problems with other guests. In my case they triggered a fire alarm and had a party. This could easily be avoided with having staff on site. I don't like to give this hotel a bad review as it is a good place to stay. But this lack of personal and noise is a downer.
