After arriving Thu and leaving Mon, never changed a towel, had to ask for replacement tissue and toilet paper. Garbage never removed

Everything was clean; bed was great Staff members were friendly and helpful

A little outdated, no microwave in room except suites. Overall very nice, great pool, 104⁰ jacuzzi and friendly helpful staff!!

Staff had awesome customer service skills that did not seem fake. You don't get that much these days.

We have stayed at this hotel at Christmas time for family for just about eight years and it is always clean, friendly, and a good experience.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, clean room, comfy bed. Check-in was aggravating because there is no credit card reader so clerk has to manually enter credit cards, and arrivals after 2am risk room cancellation due to night audit software glitch - even when the room is prepaid. Sigh.....

There was nothing we disnt like the people who work there are very fruendly and courtuos are always very hrkpful
