Office was closed from 11pm to 7am so you had to call to check in.

Bathroom seemed outdated but for the price it was acceptable

Staff was excellent. Went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. Would definitely stay again. Easy access off of interstate 40. Plenty of eating options in the area. Can’t beat it for the price.

Located in a area close to shopping and just off I40.Easy on easy off the interstate.Close enough to Nashville without the Nashville price.

Television didn't work, not enough towels & outdated Had no USB ports for charging electronics

I had to call several times because water wasn’t hot first off than there was 2 men that were loud outside all day one day yelling at each other .I think they were on something or drunk idk but very loud our whole stay

Room was not clean (found dirty plastic silverware in chair, floor not clean) no coffee maker in room as advertised, pictures online is NOT what property looks like in person.

First they gave us a room that was not clean. Than gave us a better room. Much better.

Staff is always friendly, professional, efficient, and accomodating!

Well, room really needed a good cleaning. There were bags of trash and dirty towels under the sink. Need a new maid service.

The property manager was nice and helpful. It is very simple, but spacious. The price is very inexpensive. The experience is like staying in a cabin at summer camp. Most importantly, no bugs and I felt safe staying there. Convenient to the main road and college campus. Lots of dining options.

Budget hotel

Great staff they were awesome but this place is a low budget hotel dressed up to be nice,had to pay a hundred dollars and I wish I would of paid like ten more to go to a nice hotel, we got to stop letting these hotels overcharge if they are not nice hotels, great staff but not worth what they charge

It's okay to stay at

It’s now a 1 star property. The ones who can’t get an apartment live / go here. ESL staff has difficulty communicating in English.
