The A team wasn't on duty or, there was a failure on the Holiday Inn Express data information system. I got checked in, used the key card to get into my assigned room, and walked in on a man laying on the bed. It was very embarassing and made me very uncomfortable. I went to the lobby and explained the situation and was issued another room and key cards. I then was unable to sign onto the network because my room number hsd changed. The front desk provided a unique code so I was able to finally log on. The next day my room key cards would not work, and had to go to the front desk yet again to get them re-programmed. Things apparently come in threes.
