Clean place.

Convenient location for walking to restaurants and shops. Facility was clean and had very friendly staff. Breakfast is awesome with a variety options we don't typically get at other hotels. This has become our annual go-to place to stay when we vacation in The Hills.

Close to downtown, close to Lake Sheridan.

Easy access.

Spacious room, helpful staff, sufficient breakfast facilities, clean swimming pool. Would have liked a little more equipped fitness center.

This is perfectly located in the heart of the Black Hills. The staff and service are excellent. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great staff, very friendly, accommodating and happy to help anytime we needed anything, spacious 2 rooms plus bathroom, although a bit older it was very clean and well maintained, pool facilities were nice and walkable part of town, would definitely stay again

This hotel is amazing! Our room was huge even the bathroom, staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was so comfy and after long days of driving and hiking this room is just what we needed. Breakfast was great too.

Friendly staff, easy check in, convenient location. We enjoyed the breakfast and a short walk to downtown. Easy to get to Mt. Rushmore

The 1880 train was within walking distance from the hotel. The Hill City area was close to most of the attractions around Mt. Rushmore. The breakfast buffet could have been a little better. The eggs were terrible. The pancake machine was broken. The coffee was OK.

Stay was good! No complaints. Staff friendly and hotel clean.

The hotel room was wonderful, clean & well stocked. I had a complaint immediately due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke. I reported it to the front desk immediately so they knew it wasn’t us since I have asthma and cannot smoke as well as never have smoked. A major complaint I have is the room above us took a shower at 5:45 and it sounded like it was in our bathroom as the noise was so loud. I would suggest stronger insulation between floors on your next build.

Nice room, quiet and spacious. Large TV, good breakfast and convenient location close to Custer State Park and other major attractions.

Rooms were hreat. The staff was friendly, helpful always. We had a reunion and all stay at the hotel, it was great. Highly recommended.

Just loved it! Accommodated our whole family for family reunion..18 of us....only thing is we wished a bit more breakfast choices...but u won't go wrong here....we even were told we could bring our bikes in room which was an a+ as a lot of us rode the mickelson trail ..won't let me do any pics....
