Good food, Good service, Very clean, friendly staff.

No Ac but they dont tell you when booking.

Great location!!

Very clean, staff was efficient and friendly. Excellent access to public transit and located in a lovely area of Rome.

Thermostat when I arrived in the room was reading 27 degrees, after 3 days of having the AC set to cold it only got down to 23 degrees. Food was average at breakfast and dinner. The gym equipment was extremely old - 90s style equipment packed away in a small room in the basement with no AC. The room didn’t come with an iron or ironing board so I was forced to send my clothes off to dry cleaning just to iron them. The area around the hotel is more of a business district and if for some reason, like we experienced, it’s either raining or the tram into the city is shut down you are virtually stuck in the district as the taxis can be extremely unreliable that far out of town, there are very few options to go for dinner in the area as well.

The hotel was just about adequate in most areas, however, some areas that really pulled it down include significant dust in the room, and terrible breakfast. There was a thick layer of dust on the coffee machine and the desk. Whatever abomination they were serving in place of scrambled eggs should not exist. It neither looked nor tasted anything like egg and must have been the powdered stuff. The rest of the breakfast spread was average. I was surprised there was no iron to use, even when asking at reception, given the proximity to conference centre and business district.

I was happy with the experience, excellent staff - willing to support at any time. Good spot for dining. Restaurant and front desk staff have been awesome. Thanks for making our stay comfortable.

It was clean but the air did not work.

When we arrived we did not get the room we paid for and they were not interested in the room description of what we had paid for through Expedia nor were they interested in our copies of the room description. Once in our room I went downstairs to advise them that the AC was not working and said they would look into it but they never did because when we returned late that night there still was no AC. Very inconsiderate. The evening staff did their job and confirmed that the AC was not working. They immediately sent someone who advised the front desk that we had to change room, the heat was unbearable. They changed our room and noticing all the inconsistencies with our booking the night person at the front desk upgraded our room and took care of us. The personnel working the day shift deserve a zero rating and I would never have people like that running my place. Will never go back there although I would give a 5 star to the evening personnel. By the way we arrived there a little earlier to check in and they seemed very irritated. They asked us to come back at 15:00, meanwhile some people were already checking in.

Acceptable except for the noise of a neighbor's car alarm going off every 10 minutes for hours one night -- and a number of times another night.

The staff are friendly except for that old guy at the bar. However, the staff at the reception and restaurant were excellent and very. overall great services. I'll stay again.

Property was nice front end staff were kind of dismissive. Enjoyed our stay though

Pro: minutes to metro & bus, clean, good staff, great breakfast Con: no hot water kettle or coffee maker in room though the staff did lent us a kettle when asked. Wifi is not secure but connection is good. Not much food choice in the neighborhood.

Basic hotel at a decent price. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was basic, bathroom showing wear in the shower

No Ac all night, you can’t even open the windows to get some air at least and they don’t have fans either, an it seems the ac problem happens often. 0/10

The room was unbearably hot, we were told something would be done to try and help but that didn’t happen. Constantly on 27 degrees.

The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing.
