Lovely second stay at the Chamberlain Hotel. Very clean room , excellent size. Bonus freshly cooked breakfast. We will be back!

A great hotel let down somewhat by the limited options on the dinner menu with many of the items out of stock on both evenings I chose to eat in the hotel. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay

Well maintained hotel, great staff and perfect breky

The Chamberlain Hotel is a fantastic choice for a London stay, combining a great central location with a warm, boutique feel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The on-site pub and restaurant add real character, serving excellent food in a relaxed setting. I was given a free drinks voucher on arrival and the breakfast was delicious. Staff are friendly and attentive throughout, making the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Perfectly placed near Tower Bridge and great transport links, it’s ideal for both leisure and business trips. A stylish, reliable hotel I’d happily return to.

Room was a bit on the small side, but the free breakfast was great and made up for the smaller room.

The hotel is in a good location. It is a modern hotel with a great bar area. The bedroom was furnished to a high standard and was very clean. The only issue we encountered was being woke up early, around 6.30am, to loud banging noises from outside! We reported it to the reception as we thought it was the sound of a delivery driver unloading beer barrels to the hotel bar. The noise continued for some time so we were unable to get back to sleep. On advising the receptionist, we were met with blank face and a generic “sorry about that” which found to be without empathy or understanding. It left a sour taste for us and we won’t be back.

The hotel is really good and staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is also in a great location, within easy/casual walking distance to many premium historic sites an tourist attractions. The hotel breakfast is great too, although there are many eating/drinking options close by.

Comfortable room

Could not fault anything . We were able to check in just after 12. Room was lovely and clean roof terrrace was a nice extra . Bed was very comfortable plenty of space in the room . From the check in staff to the restaurant staff and bar staff all extremely freindly and made to feel very welcome. Everything was as the photos taken and described. Would 100 % recommend staying here . Tube stations a short walk as was the dlr station . And not forgetting the morning breakfast was amazing. Thanks for a lovely stay .

Very clean and prime location

Great stay, lovely place and very welcoming. the only thing to slightly moan about is when arriving back at the hotel to collect our bags later on in the afternoon. There was no one at the desk for 10 minutes and had no bell to alert any staff etc? Only a slight issue but if somebody was running on a tight schedule I'm sure this would have an impact on them.
