We were very impressed with everything the hotel had to offer. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Clean rooms excellent jet bath tub

We enjoyed our stay. We did not do the breakfast at the hotel, 15 euro per person seemed pretty steep for breakfast. You can do better outside at a restaurant or pickup food at the local carrefour. Great location for transportation to and from the bus station. Walkable to all of the sights in historic Toledo. Room was very comfortable and we had a private balcony. Also there was a jetted tub in the bathroom which was handy after lots of up and down walking through the city.

Great location for our tour of the Jewish Quarter. It's a small town so everything is walkable from there. Checking in was slow with a large group in front of us, but another staff member showed up to help. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Clean room and great location

The hotel was beautifully furnished and our lovely room was well equipped and very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was ideally situated to see the town. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was in a great location. We enjoyed our room which was spacious and clean. Mistakenly we booked a family room for just the 2 of us, my husband and I. However we didn’t mind the extra space. We loved the location.

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff, particularly breakfast waiter. Room was in the roof so a sloping ceiling. I’m 6ft 2in tall so moved about having to stoop a lot. Wardrobe door wouldn’t open due to proximity of bedside cabinet.

The staff were so wonderful, very supportive and helpful. I need to understand that things in Spain are quite different from where I live. An example, the kitchen closes after lunch while they prepare for dinner. In addition they eat late (8:30pm) while normally I eat quite earlier than that. Never-the-less, we were able to adjust. The area is very hilly so prepare to walk. The Cathedral is massive so get yourself ready to enjoy the history of arts and the people who devoted themselves over the centuries preserving what we are enjoying today. This hotel’s immediate surrounding is very quiet however when one ventures towards the Cathedral one can note the difference. I like this mixture of living - admiring the fun others add to your life by absorbing it and going back to the hotel to relax. I forgot to mention the hotel has a restaurant and you have the option to eat there or sort somewhere else. I did both. The Blackout was another added flair to the trip. Spain is a beautiful place to visit at least once in a lifetime.
