Very clean, basic hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly & helpful (Anun gave me both bakery and restaurant recommendations that were excellent). It was the perfect spot to stay for a hockey tournament.

Everything was wonderful. Anything needed was available on site. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area, Tim Hortons right next door. Parking was great. Staff overly helpful and very friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious Very pleased and will stay here again!!

Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. We had a nice chat with the manager when we checked in and in the morning when we checked out we also had a very good and helpful conversation with Anu that we will follow up with. Very much appreciated!

The rooms were super clean and I struggle to sleep in hotel beds but this bed was so comfy I slept like a baby. Highly recommended this hotel

Really nice room, quiet!!

Anu (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was incredible. Check in was smooth and she helped us with using the elevator and checked with us to make sure the room met our needs. The room was extremely clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room on the 2nd floor was a bit dated but she also confirmed that the 2nd floor rooms will be getting renovated soon, just as the first floor has been done. When checking out she wanted to make sure we had something to eat before we left. I can’t thank her enough for the wonderful experience at the hotel

Do proper housekeeping

Where to start...When I checked in the room key didn't work, and it took several trips back and forth to sort it out. My main grievance is that I paid for breakfast, which I was told would be open from 06h00-09h00. At 06h40 I went to the dining room to find not a soul in sight, and no food placed out, besides a few boxes of sugary cereals. When I went to ask at the desk what was happening, I likewise found not a soul around. I checked out 30 minutes later, and still couldn't find a staff member to help me. Additionally, there is a mysterious $2.00 charge on my credit card I wasn't expecting. The room was nice enough and fairly clean, no complaints there. But the lack of breakfast and staff is odd.

Room was ok TVs a bit old. The pool was out of order. If I would jave known this I would have not stayed here.
