Great location. Nice room and restroom. Was woken up one night at 11:30 by some staff were spraying something with a very loud machine. Hotel was pretty empty when we were there but could see if being noisy if they were busy.

Great stay

The hotel was perfectly reasonable and our room (junior suite) was on the roof so was quiet for most of the stay. The stairs to the room were unlit and we couldn’t find the switch. We asked the staff on the first night to switch it on but it wasn’t switched on on the second night, so not ideal. We had to ask for our free drink and when it was given we weren’t allowed - it seemed - to drink it at the bar but instead had to have it in our room. The room itself was spacious and clean, with very good access to the local sights.

First time here, came for a wedding. Staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The architecture of the building was beautiful and Unique. The zocalo is a beautiful area and we were lucky enough to be there when they had decorated for dia de los muertas. We had a wonderful stay overall!

Beautiful, quiet, clean boutique hotel very close to Zócalo de Puebla. Always my “go-to” stay whenever in Puebla

We loved our stay! The staff was so friendly and the design of the space is breathtaking. The room was spacious and comfortable, and there was so much attention to detail in every corner to surprise and delight you. The drinks and food is amazing, and like the hotel, are works of art unto themselves. We plan to come back very soon!

The staff is really accommodating and friendly. Jorge was very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I will be back.
