Best Western has always been our go-to choice for hotels whenever we travel. It's more than brand loyalty, they're consistent in the quality of hospitality, room cleanliness, and reasonable rates. At the Burlington location, it was great. The staff were friendly, the facilities were in working order, the room was clean, ample parking, and a good location. If there were any knocks, there are two. One was the fact that the breakfast was subpar. Not too tasty and not much variety. Second, the beds were too soft and lumpy. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. So, thank you and we will continue to rely on Best Western for our family trips!

Hotel was nicely renovated and clean, mattress seemed pretty new as well. Climate control in the room didn't work but I opened the window for some air. No towels in our room I had to request some which front desk got for me right away. We got locked out of the room and front desk staff was as helpful as they could be. Pool was nice but water was abit murky and the chlorine smell was overpowering, it was burning the eyes just going into the pool room. Continental breakfast was pretty good actually and kids loved it!

My girlfriend and I requested a room with handicap accessibility and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room for me to move in my wheelchair and bathroom/shower was easy to use. The room was very clean and nice. The pool area was great and also very handicap accessible. The facility was clean. Staff were very professional and the morning breakfast was a very good one. Plenty of selection. We would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed at many hotels over the years for sporting events and this one is quite possibly at the top of our list. Rates were extremely reasonable. The rooms were clean and recently refreshed. Beds were comfortable and there was ample space for our sports gear. Breakfast (eggs, waffles sausage, etc) was included and was a great way to start the day. We really appreciated the specialty coffee machine - delicious flat whites and lattes, and my child said it made the best hot chocolate!! Staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the fitness area, indoor pool and hot tub and the breakfast was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again.
