I requested for an upper floor room and this time I got a room on the 3rd floor. It was a very comfortable and nice room, with a good-sized fridge, a kettle with tea and coffee packets. I had a nice big sofa where I can stretch out my legs =) My only complaint is the TV didn’t have many good channels. Almost didn’t work too, you have to play around with the settings to get it to work. They should update their TVs to actual smart TVs with streaming apps with more movies/TV shows. Parking can be a nightmare, if the hotel’s busy good luck finding a parking spot if you happen to come back late. Other than that this is always a quiet and peaceful hotel, I’d stay here again

It was tremendous value...very clean and updated. Staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Rooms had everything needed...small table and chair in corner and a working station..my only complaint there was that there wasn't a light on the desk. Made it hard to work once the sun went down. The breakfast area was very comfortable and staff were constantly wiping and cleaning. Had a big variety of choices. Waffles, hardboiled eggs, various cereals, oatmeal, coffee/tea and juices, toast and more. Frankly better than some of the major chains Ive stayed in...Id highly recommend this property!

Everything really nice

This property is smelly. The moment you enter you can feel the smell. Not enough light in rooms. It gives dull look to room.

Friendly staff

There was no hot water in the morning.

Decent economical hotel

Stayed here for the 2nd time. Breakfast is good options room was clean and quiet. Free parking we enjoyed our stay. Staff is helpful. The only con is no drinking water provided in the rooms as well as in the breakfast room.

As usual, never did I once think highly of this property. It's well maintained, smells nice, the towels and linens smell fresh. It's Awesome!

It good for what I wanted

There is nothing much to say except...this hotel is awesome..the staff .the manager Sam is great! I am so pleased and grateful everytime I have stayed here. The Breakfast is included in the price.So Happy I found Glengate Hotel and Suites.

I have been staying at this property quite a few times ..well Maybe 15 or more ...never a problem.Staff is great, polite, soft-spoken. Manager Sam is awesome 👍.

I have stayed here many times and it is always great. The price is amazing the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on travelling to the falls. Always a very pleasant experience staying here.

Other than the sheets being dirty everything was amazing and they replaced the sheets within 5 minutes. We went to celebrate 2 birthdays and the staff was friendly, attentive and super kind in storing our cake in the breakfast fridges for a good surprise. Thank you Glengate for making such an amazing stay during our time there.
