Lovely service, nice rooms, great location

It’s pretty good

Well, the hotel is very old and outdated and this was one of the worst room I ever stayed in for the price of a premium room in Lisboa! Everything cost extra, they did not even leave a bottle of water in the room as courtesy. It’s a good thing I was out most of the time, but keep in mind that unless you're a walker like me, you may find this place very far from restaurants, the beach, nightlife, the marina and anything interesting in Albufeira. You may need to use Uber or a cab to get around. On the positive side, their breakfast buffet offered limited options but was fresh and quite delicious.

Good accommodation option with just a short walk to the restaurants etc. Only a small bar and breakfast area but breakfast choice was sufficient. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel and rooms are very clean

We had to change are room - We went to bed that night and when we woke up the room had aunts on the floor and around the furniture. Also bathroom facilities were okay - the toilet took sometime fill after flushing (dated) - the staff was pleasant to deal with. Hotel location was close to a beach, about a 10 minute walk from the hotel - if you wish to drive to Centro ( town centre) which I would highly recommend- lots to do and see and great beach

The room was old and very dated, definitely needs an upgrade. The breakfast was very limited and poor. The road outside the hotel was extremely noisy.

Nice hotel and friendly staff had an issue with my room initially but they did try to resolve it to my satisfaction

I had a nice time staying at this property. I was not aware that the outside sitting area of my room would be adjacent to an obstacle course so there was some noise from that during the day but after dark it was fine.

Everything Excellent. check in, check out , cleaning ,Staff very friendly, but need little bit improve Bathrooms door slightly sound when open and close ,and need change wc plate and .

Second booking in 1 month time . The staff were amazing as usual. The room was a bit upgraded with a view to the beach which is 100 m away. Near amenities and walkable to the old Town of albufeira. Thank you

The staff were amazing. The hotel is walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, supermarket and bus stops. A very big thank you to Sonia, Joao and Patricia for making my stay exciting. Everyone in the hotel were friendly and eager to help. The room was right size and the bed was comfortable. The fridge was every day filled . Just an excellent stay with excellent host.
