It was an excellent stay I will return for sure.

Room was good. Should have more options for breakfast

Had a great stay while I was attending the northern lights festival; only thing was had difficulty with the ac unit and not very much selection at the breakfast. Besides that I had a great time there

It was awful our first room slept so much like cat pee they did switch us rooms with no issue it was the only good thing the room was gross brown stuff on the walls, dirty stinky if it wasn't 9pm we would have left. And they turned the water off an hr before check out

Fresh updated Reno with a great rate. Modern amenities with a smart tv.

Overall alright, friendly and helpful staff. I was not able to get a receipt for the rooms and was told that Expedia would email it. Hope I get it soon as I was a companion to a person who needs to submit expenses.

We were in town for my sons hockey tournment was happy with the staff and they were polite. Rooms were great as well.

Ask to see your room first!! Our room absolutely smelled of urine from cats. We immediately went to front desk and he was very apologetic. We asked to see room first and it was much better. Check your location in SUDBURY before you decide. This one is not close to restaurants.

The room was in bad condition. Cracks in the walls dirty uncomfortable beds. One panel windows. I can't say anything good about this place. 250 cash deposit non credit card was also weird, should have known from that min.

Booked a room here paid with my visa, upon arrival apparently they had no record of my booking, basically told me to beat it after i paid for a room through expedia, beware this is a scam to charge your credit card and offer no service

Check In was great We stayed in room 206, the bed further from the door and as extremely squeaky when moving very annoying and Friday at 738 the contractor ls showed up for work. The amount of noice that can be heard from our room was very disturbing. We were in Sudbury for my son’s surgery, Friday beforw his surgery I asked if he wants to change hotels he didn’t want to he was already anxious for his surgery and just wanted to get it done and come back to the room and relax. Again we were on the second floor there was no relaxing with the renovations being done. The room was clean but otherwise then I would rate my stay a 1. We are not impressed
