Nuestra experiencia en Relais Villa Baldelli fue excepcional. Nos sentíamos como dentro de una película. El personal sumamente amable, el desayuno delicioso. Las tortas que ofrecían eran hechas en casa, y los croissants se deshacían en la boca. La ubicación ideal, con una vista preciosa de Cortona. Una verdadera villa toscana. Sí creo que deben remodelar los baños. La ducha era muy incómoda y el lavatorio tenía una fuga. Al alfombra de la escalera se ve bastante gastada, así como unos muebles. No le puedo dar un 100% de calificación por esos detalles, pero un 90% se lo gana.

Did not like having a room without a phone. Also because of the location of our room there was no wifi. I think in this day and age wifi at a hotel should be easy to accommodate guests

A really nice small hotel in traditional - and luxurious - country style with super friendly staff and excellent breakfast, only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful historic center - and restaurants, cafés, bars, and shopping - of Cortona.

This place is great

While we have stayed at far more upmarket places in the area, Baldelli is a place we have returned to. It is very good value for money. The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious. The reception staff really make you feel welcome, and are always friendly and happy to share information. The pool area is stunning, so is ideal for a relaxing trip. The breakfast options were excellent. Cortona is very near by so an easy drive for a visit or a meal.

The grounds and buildings are stunningly beautiful!!! A short drive into Cortona, this is the place to stay. Spacious rooms, beautiful pool, like a resort in an old movie and the staff are soo helpful and pleasant. The food was delicious as well. Definitely going back one day!

What can I say, from the first moment we stepped in we were greeted by a friendly male staff member who organised lunch and coffee for us while he tried to sort out a taxi for us to attend the township of Cortona. The food was delicious and when he didn't have any luck with the taxi services. He bent over backwards to make sure that we got into town during a busy weekend. Beautiful and romantic location, excellent and friendly service which was the best during our European trip and delicious food. What else could you ask for. 10/10! Highly recommended.

We liked this B&B. It was very welcoming and helpful for directions. The grounds were lovely, although it was too cold to use them. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of meats, cheeses, breads, cereal, yogurt, and tea and coffee. I would return should we have the opportunity. I would recommend this location to others. Cortona is a great hill town and great for climbing steep hills! There were some amazing restaurants, as well.

Really nice 17th century building with tasteful decor. Peaceful location set in lovely grounds. Very close to Cortona, but as it’s up hill you either need a car or to get a taxi! The hotel staff are very pleasant & helpful. We would definitely stay again! Next time we would hire a car & explore more of Tuscany!

Staying there was like being a princess in a castle. I had to leave early, so I was unable to talk about the breakfast. It was quiet and relaxing! Hotel staff were amazing!

We feel so lucky to have discovered this elegant and serene villa. The rooms were splendid and comfortable. The hours spent at the swimming pool were restorative. Everyone on the staff was so helpful. Grazie Francesca! We look forward to our next stay.

Friendly staff (especially the jolly lady on check-in who was outstanding) but the hotel didn't live up to expectations unfortunately. The pool is average and avoid the 'classic' room as it seems to be the forgotten world. I wouldn't stay here again and think it was expensive for what it was.
