We stayed here for four nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience despite the resort's beautiful location.
On arrival, we were given a room in the far corner of the property, right next to a generator. On our first day, the power went out and the generator started running. The noise was unbearable, so I requested a room change. The initial response from the staff was simply, "Go to the beach, it's only for one day," which was quite disappointing, especially considering we had booked a sea view room for four nights.
To make matters worse, the room phone wasn't working, so after several failed attempts to call reception, I had to walk around 300 metres to the front desk multiple times. After some persistence, they eventually moved us to another room. While we appreciated the room change, having to unpack and repack everything was a major inconvenience.
The second room was much better and closer to the main facilities. However, the room phone still didn't work, housekeeping wasn't very attentive, and towels were not replenished consistently.
I genuinely felt the staff were understaffed and overworked, which may explain the inconsistent service. There were a few exceptional team members who remained friendly and welcoming, but overall the service lacked consistency.
The resort itself is beautiful, with an excellent beachfront location and great facilities. Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by the poor management and service experience.
I hope management invests more in staff training and ensures there are enough team members to provide the level of service guests expect. Sadly, despite the fantastic location, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
