Friendly staff. Excellent central location.

Beautiful old hotel with all modern amenities, a few steps from all attractions. Tastefully decorated, excellent breakfast buffet. We had wonderful stay and will come back whenever in Ljubljana. Highly recommended.

I loved the grandeur of the property--for example, the staircase from the lobby to the first couple floors. High ceilings, a feeling of class and distinction. Nice decor. Great pool. Outstanding location. Staff was professional, as well as friendly and outgoing.

The location of this hotel is great! Most things I wanted to do were within 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. I found my room to be clean and welcoming. The staff were kind and answered any question I had. The free breakfast had a lot of options.

A beautifully renovated hotel in the centre of the town. Breakfast is served from 7 - 10, is excellent with a wide choice of sweet and savoury to keep up you going for the day. The hotel is within walking distance of all the sights, restaurants and cafes. We rented a car, so parked it in the hotel’s underground garage for €21 a night. It’s a tight squeeze to drive in and around, however we felt it was worth the extra as we drove out to Radovljica and Lake Bled one day, Škofja Loka (currently undergoing massive renovations in the old centre, so unfortunately disappointing) on our way out as we had an afternoon flight. Ski resorts are within easy driving distance, I did Krvavec (programme the gondola parking NOT the actual ski resort if this is something you are considering) and Cerkno which were pleasant and enabled me to buy morning passes so I could return to Ljubljana in the afternoons. Welded the pool and sauna facilities and these were clean and well maintained.

Great location and easy walking distance to old town. Front desk gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Love the spa/pool, and parking was easy. Breakfast was excellent!

We like it 2nd time we stay there in 5 moss. The rooms are nice , breakfast excellent, staff Salomon and Jake at the front desk super nice. we had an issue the mattress nit very hard and the cable TV did not work well the 1st night. The hotel took care of us very well for that.

Simply the lovliest of everything! The cleanest, most aesthetically pleasing decor, the finest most capable staff I have found anywhere, a most comfortable bed, a delightfully peaceful and elegant atmosphere, delicious buffet, it's art nouveau decor is natural and understated. This historic hotel sparkles with charm!

Great location!

Absolutely lovely hotel with art nouveau sensibility throughout. Our room was beautifully appointed, with comfy bed and luxurious bedding, sumptuous marble bath, and stylish furnishings. Location is perfect, with so much to see and do nearby, not to mention extensive restaurant options. Helpful staff, elegant but not stuffy atmosphere. A true Ljubljana gem!
