First day TV is not working, phone and one of the room light is faulty. The restaurant food is average in terms of taste and menu options. Second day the toilet got chocked badly. These issues they resolved. Third day while checking out, they charged me hefty money for a small beer that I used from the room and a small coffee mug that I broke accidentally (S$ 55). Same day when asked for help to move our luggage to the reception, the security took the luggage and simply started walking in the rain without any umbrella. Due to this one of the luggage which was not waterproof got wet. In summary the resort location is very good, but it 's very overpriced. You can have much better experience anywhere else for the money they charge.

Been here twice in 3 months and will come back soon.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. We are so grateful for everything that hotel 's receptionists (evening shift) and driver help us find the passport lost at the airport. Staff is also friendly and kind, without them our trip cannot be perfect as we experienced in Phuket. Thanks for everything:).

Just that restaurant was closed, overall, it is nice hotel. Friendly staff. Accessible to aminities

luxury, nice service, great location, nice staffs it was a pleasant stay over there.

Lovely staff By the sea Very convenient to go to pubs, bars, restaurants. Close to important places. Very good. Would recommend to stay in this hotel. The room is clean too.

The hotel and swimming pool were smaller than I think and breakfast not too many choices as I expected.
