This place is dirty and unsafe and un pleasent as far as balcony doors being shared and broken locks exposed

horrible disgusting dirty rooms.shower didn't work.staff stealing from rooms prostitution activity at night.rude front desk management. stole husband's phone charger.pool way empty. walls were gross.air conditioners don't work. fridges didn't work.very shady place ! please don't stay there.

For the money it was a great value. Not a bad place to stay. Clean, comfortable bed, hot water. Staff was friendly. Nice location. Close to stadium and several restaurants. Breakfast was included. Older place but fit the bill.

No towels, they only give you wash cloths and old hand towels. The floors were dirty. Numbers missing off half of the units. The room should have been $50 cheaper based on what you get. The ladies at the front desk were nice.

We were in town for the Metallica concert and loved how close the location is to mile high, made it easy to walk to and from the concert. Good restaurants in area as well. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Hoped for a bit more variety from the breakfast, was also disappointed that there wasn’t a toaster available

The room smelled of fresh cigarette smoke coming from an adjacent room. Garbage around the property. Domestic situations audible with threatening conversations late a night. We were hoping not to hear gun shots.

It's ok if your going to a event at empower field. Got to my room to only the floors was clean no towels for the bathroom and pens and pencils lying next to the bed.

I would not stay there again for the price I paid

i honestly love the layout if this hotel. love the high ceilings. its okay honestly, it sheltered me n my family when needed. needs more upgrading and cleaning. but i gotta say theyre alright for reopening

The room smells like smoke and they moved me in the second room. The air-conditioning didn’t work well.

The only good thing about this stay was the convenient access to Rmpower Field and the toung lady who checked us in, but the over all room experience was not so great. The bathroom was left un cleaned/unfinished as we were left with used bathroom items and we had no hot water for a shower.

Its very close to Downtown

Shower didn’t work. Tv broken didn’t work and front door broken couldn’t get in or out the room .

Great location, not a fancy place but room was comfortable, shower good, easy access, friendly front desk, and affordable. Hate paying for expensive hotels, just need a clean place.

I guess we got what we paid for, but honestly was so dirty. We found a bag of white substance behind the bathroom door. Sheets were dirty. Towels were dirty. People knocking on doors, walking around late at night fighting and being loud, obviously crack heads. Will never book here again
