Don’t judge it by the images, it’s an old, tired motel. Bathrooms downstairs in lobby are putrid. Breakfast menu that says you can order various cooked options is an outright lie, it’s just sloppy eggs and baked beans in food warmers with bread still in home brand supermarket bags. Pay more and stay home elsewhere, this is lowbrow clientele at best.

Had a great stay, but I will mention on my previous stay last year, I had some vandalism done to my car. Must letting you know. I did not report this and couldn't see security cameras in the carpark.

Great service. They accommodated my last minute check in and all the things i needed like an extra bed and blankets.

The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We also liked how close it was to the airport and lots of restaurants.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hub of the city is their harbour front area and we needed to take an Uber to/from the Hotel to dine out and explore the city. We would have preferred to be in walking distance to the city sights.

This is most definitely not a 4 star hotel. My rating would be higher if my expectations would have been for a 3 star hotel. Staff is very nice and friendly but the hotel is not great. The gym is a small room with no windows, there was a roof leak in the laundry room, and the pool is so small and uninviting that no one used it. It feels more like a pond than a pool. The hotel is quite far from anything to do or nice restaurants. Count on walking far or taking a car to go for dinner every day.
