Really good location! The place is old, needs a little maintenance. My son got bit by an insect .. maybe spider, the first night. Not a simple mosquito, his arm was numb. Good thing we had some Benadryl with us. We reported to the from desk, and they cleaned and sprayed the room. They don’t provide ice after the kitchen is close. Overall not bad. Staff is not very friendly.

Excellent location a couple blocks from Centro Historico and close to many good restaurants, Tarascas Fountain, beautiful Romance Alley, and Fray Antonio Walkway.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The is very Safe and the security guy is friendly and helpful.

Room not in very good conditions.

Booked a king size bed and was sent to a double bed room. when called reception they offered a refund as long as restroom and bed weren’t used. Since it was a busy holiday they rented our room out to someone else and didn’t respect the reservation made. Took advantage to make a quick buck.

Grate location ok rooms kinda old and outdated

. My wife is handicapped, but they insisted on giving us a room in the second floor. The elevator is broken so my handicapped wife has to go up two flights of stairs every time we go to the room.

Not all the rooms have A/C that should be clarified , the bed comforter had a stain and the personal not very friendly, even the cleaning staff talking out loud on personal calls while cleaning

Staff is very helpful and polite.
