STAIRS, STAIRS. STAIRS. Be prepared to go up and down the stairs to get to lobby, buffet restaurant, bars, beach, everything. Though they have carts who will pick you up, there will still be a lot of walking. I felt terrible my retired elderly parents had to walk so many stairs the entire time we were there. The staff were wonderful, buffet food was better than most all-inclusive. The main beach was calm and clear. Staff came around regularly to offer drinks and snacks (peanuts, seeds, etc). Would I stay here again? Probably not due to the stairs. By the third day I was over the stairs. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 which was easily accessible and another that required you to go down some stairs, then up to access your room. Well at check-in, the staff overlooked to give my elderly retired parents the accessible room so their initial reaction after seeing their room was not very good. Thankfully a cart driver gave us the idea to swap rooms and make the change at the front desk to reprogram our wristbands (which are also our keys). Again, the staff were all so wonderful and helpful.

Hermoso hotel con vistas hermosas, playas hermosas, oleaje tranquilo especial para niños , hotel familiar, personal muy amable y comida variada y buena .. a lo único que no me agradó fue que te mueven en carritos no hay elevadores , y en momentos se llenan y hay que esperar para tomar otro y en una ocasión me perdí y tuve que subir varias lomas para tomar un carrito , me urgía llegar a la habitación con mi hija y si me desespero no poder llegar rápido .. pero fuera de eso , tomen su tiempo para llegar a sus destinos dentro del hotel y todo lo demás super bien . 👍👍👍

Las Brisas Huatulco is a very large property, even with all the above-and-beyond work from the internal transportation team it would be wise to bring your walking shoes. Service is top notch, all staff is very friendly and always willing to help and make your stay very comfortable. We were lucky to stay in a room with balcony, so if you stay in one of the Mar Pueblo's room, take the opportunity to see the sunrise from your balcony while enjoying a cup of coffee. There are plenty of activities to do, from yoga to pool activities, from kayaking to snorkeling and sailing... And more.

All good, except a few power outages for a couple of days where there was no clear communication from the Staff.

The beach where you can snorkel is great, if you have kids they will love it, you will love it too!!!

My family and I loved the complimentary sailing experience and the incredibly kind staff. Edel was wonderful and made our experience even more special. Thank you for such a memorable time!

A Wonderful Stay at Las Brisas Huatulco! We had an amazing stay at Las Brisas Huatulco! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning beaches, lush landscaping, and breathtaking ocean views. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The entertainment team did a fantastic job every day, bringing so much energy and creating a fun atmosphere. The evening shows were outstanding, and the dancers and performers were incredibly talented. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the restaurants provided a great dining experience throughout our stay. This was a memorable vacation from beginning to end, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you to everyone at Las Brisas for making our trip so special!

En general el personal es amable pero si ven extranjeros, se portan mas serviciales en comparación con los mexicanos. Filas muy largas para el bufete y para agarrar transportación interna del hotel. En la playa los meseros tardaban mucho para las bebidas y atendían mejor a otros. También si era todo incluido porque no dicen que algunas bebidas no entran en el paquete. También el aire acondicionado en el cuarto no servía

The property was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were not many air conditioned areas other than your room, one restaurant,and a gift shop area. Mostly open air otherwise. The beach access was a huge plus and the beach was amazing!

Everything was perfect!

Went with my sister and 84yo mother and had a fabulous stay. We had a nice large junior suite with an amazing ocean view from the large balcony. Our mother has mobility issues but all we had to do was dial 0 and ask for a “special car” and we got our own golf cart to be escorted in wherever we wanted to go in the resort which was great! Room was clean and spacious, food was decent as far as all inclusives go. Would stay again at Las Brisas!!
