All inclusive with nice beaches. Two issues to consider: getting across the hotel usually requires a trolley pick-up throughout. The trolleys are always full and waiting times can be up to 15 minutes. Second, all inclusive is anything you want, well not her. Dinners were often uncomfortable when ordering was limited ( e.g. only allowed to order one appetizer). This place, while nice, it not for me.

My fiancé and I stayed for a weekend getaway and had a mixed experience. A five-star hotel this is not; it is a decent 3-star budget resort. Our main travel goals are relaxation and great food. The pools did not look like the photos and were filled with people as they are very small. The ocean was dirty due to the rain, but the staff did a great job keeping the property clean. There is no food service at the beach and limited drink service. There wasn’t much to do from there. The gym looked nice and i actually had fun getting toted around in the carts. Food was average- not bad, not great. The buffet is small and there was only one restaurant available for dinner for our two-night stay. That’s a policy- no restaurant experience for one night stay, 1 restaurant meal for a two night stay, etc. That’s become standard across budget resorts, which is disappointing. Room service is not included. On the plus side, we recommend El Mexicano for breakfast buffet- the omelette station also includes hand-made tortillas and tacos.

Didn’t like the resort. There wasn't good entertainment and some staff members were rude. The resort is humongous and it’s not walkable anywhere. You have to ride in carts to go everywhere. The food wasn’t great in every restaurant and the variety was extremely limited. I regret not booking elsewhere.

Vegetarian food was on point. The Chef's catered to our lacto vegetarian diet. The shuttle drivers were eager to always help. Everyone seemed happy. We loved our time!

We had a great time and would love to return! We played pickleball every day (for three weeks) and loved snorkelling at the hotel beach. Breakfast at the Mexican Restaurant was fabulous with made to order omelettes made daily, scenic ocean views, and an incredible spread of food to satisfy every appetite. The food was very good at every restaurant (for an all inclusive) - we wished the main buffet restaurant offered some outdoor seating as we would have greatly enjoyed that. Our room was a bit dark and dingy and could definitely use renovations but our bed was comfy and the shower was hot with great water pressure - we only went to the room to sleep so we don’t put much emphasis on it, but if it’s important to you, it might disappoint. Service was great - we love Huatulco!

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas. We stayed in the Mar section. We had asked for a king suite and a two queen suite side by side on the top floor, and they gave us our exact request. The rooms were large with nice patios and a beautiful view of the ocean which was great for watching the sunrise. We upgraded and had access to the Las Brisas beach club, which I highly recommend. The ladies that served us in the beach club were so lovely! This resort was really beautiful, with lots of amenities.

Just returned from a short 7 day stay and loved the service and the beauty of the area. The beach area is beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large and clean. The staff were helpful and very friendly and kind. Unfortunately we were not aware it is almost completely unwalkable. The shuttle service was wonderful and we were picked up quickly with just a call from our rooms or a mention to staff. The food was poor. The buffet catered to the Mexican cuisine and very little else. We only were able to access 3 restaurants while there and we only ate half of our meals as they were very bland. Extremely disappointing as resort life is a lot about the food! I will not be returning but it is a budget friendly, beautiful spot.

As much as I don't want to post a good review, as I would like to not have more tourists come to this location. Had the chance to go off season and experience true Mexican culture without the flood of ignorant north american tourists(US). And what an amazing experience and culture, truly wonderful. Resort and staff were always hospitable and respectful to the English speakers. Hot. It was hot and day time activities need to be properly planned due to the heat.

The room was spacious, very clean and with a great ocean view. All personnel was very helpful, attentive and always with a smile. Transportation to different areas of the resort was easy and fast. We never had to wait more than 5 min. The only thing that we didn't like was the dinner service at El Mexicano and Solarium restaurants. There were enough waiters, but they were extremely slow, disorganized and inefficient, forgot to bring the food, drinks, and our requests. We had to remind them many times. They need better training. We found the opposite at the Kasbah, Bellavista (buffet) and Pergola restaurants. The waiters there were very good, and it was a pleasure to eat there. Check in and out was a breeze. Overall experience was very good and not expensive.

The property is amazing. Lots to do. Multiple beautiful beaches and pools in the resort. Plenty of restaurant options that serve great food and the staff is second to none. Too much to list. Definitely coming back.

Not bad beaches for swimming and snorkeling. However, during my stay (end of April) the water was mainly murky which spoiled snorkeling. They say you have to chose the right season for good water. Hills everywhere. Although the cars going up and down constantly, it would be better to have elevators in some areas. For example: from the Lobby to the main bar (stairs only). The generic rooms are very basic and the AC isn't capable to catch up, so sleeping at night may be challenging in high temps.

The premier property in the area.....it's a 5-star for the price of a 3-star!! We've been coming since 2018......and we may retire in the area based on our stats at Las Brisas!!!!

Pros: beds are comfortable, efficient check-in/out, clean(ish), nice beach, good service, pool/beach chair availability was fair, grounds were well kept. Cons: lacking adequate ac in rooms and common areas, size of resort in comparison to shuttle availability to get from a to b is unreasonable - not very accessible (ton of walking), food was AWFUL at both the buffet and a la carte restaurants (got sick halfway through and it lasted the remainder of the trip), no amenities/entertainment, phone in room didn’t work, gets overcrowded with locals due to day passes, few English speaking travellers, high tide (could only go in the ocean 2 days during our stay).
