Resort was absolutely beautiful A lot of entertainment that involved The entertainment team was phenomenal shout out to sunscape Coco for providing the best entertainment I've seen and I've been to many resorts

The workers were rude and not a lot of cleaning was done

I like the property, I don’t like the service at the buffet but everything else was good

The staff robbed me during my stay. They went in my room and took $2500 USD out my backpack. Not a safe place.

Loved it. Just reserving the restaurants was a little difficult and the ones we were able to reserve gave an attitude. Overall the place was amazing, the activities were great! loved all of the experiences and can’t wait to go back.

Staff are not helpful to support looking for a guest 's driver to the airport. The driver would have come but didn't show up. We had to pay extra for a fee to the airport.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. I disliked the loss of communication on what we could us our discount coupons on and the persistent of the exercise on sellers on the beach not accepting the answer No without being repeated to the point of disrespect

I reallt did enjoty the activities they had there. Especially the magic show. It was really enticing.The staff members were also very generous and nice and welcoming.
