Great location and beautiful hotel-my family and I stay here each time we visit Cuernavaca typically 2-3 times per year renting multiple rooms - overall it is a decent hotel and perfect location for us but here are some cons or more feedback about my experience: most front desk workers not too friendly, you only get 2 small bottles of water your first night stay nothing more if you are staying additional nights (This should be complimentary each night stay) Digital key system for rooms can be tricky-key system needs updating. Executive side rooms are more expensive but worth it and the groundskeeping is beautiful however the very nice pool on the executive side gets very crowded from the entire hotel - would be nice if the executive pool could be limited to executive room guests. I would recommend this hotel.

Pros were the amenities and the on site restaurant however this place is very run down and not at all like the pictures. The front desk staff was a bit rude upon check in. I would not recommend this establishment.

Do Not Recommend this hotel. Only toiletries is shampoo and a soap. Showers have no doors, water everywhere. No hand soap. Air conditioner and fan didn’t work. We asked the front desk and the front desk guy said he will send someone to look at it and no one showed up. And food from restaurant was not good. Plus we were barely paying the server and he made it clear that the tip has to be 10%. We were not leaving yet and him stating that was inappropriate. We never leave without giving a tip but honestly this place doesn’t deserve it.

Services and the food

Service is slow, room conditions average no hot water in shower TV malfunction AC noisy etc.

The AC was not working at all as well as the fridge . Those days we were at 90 degrees. I called the front desk for assistance and they never fixed it . The beds are really hard to sleep in ( mattress) and no elevator so prepare to hike with your luggage bags

La habitación excelente, my amplia y muy limpia. Sólo que sus areas verdes estan muy limitadas.

Solo que el Internet es Pésimo. Y para algunos trabajos que había que mandar a mi oficina tardaba bastante tiempo. Pos favor soluciones ese aspecto.

The room was clean and spacious.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. They have always honoured my VIP status. This time they didn't. Put me on the outdated side. No fridge, no coffee maker. No drinking water supplied. Towels with holes in them. Dirty walls. Balcony screen door latch was badly rusted. Noisy room near kitchen. There were rooms available on the upgraded side of the hotel. They were available online. They would not honour my VIP status for the first time. This time I paid the most I ever have at this hotel. Will never stay here again. Don't recommend it.
