when the first time I checked in, just realized that there is NO jet spray for the toilet and for people like Moslem people this is so irritating as I need to have toilet paper instead

The receptionist staff is not very friendly and not very cooperative in providing information.

The location is quite close to BigC and CentralWorld. The night shift male receptionist and the manager were very attentive and enthusiastic. They helped us contact the driver and fulfilled our requests very well. I was particularly impressed by the night shift male receptionist, as he even guided us to buy things late at night. Overall, the staff's attitude was excellent, and there's nothing to complain about. The room was average but spacious.

Overall it's good, the staff is helpful in keeping my luggage before and after check-in.

Check out time they talking very bed some staff don't know what to talk with customers in my life never go this hotel and we not suggest this hotel any guest bangkok palace better.

Our feelings were mixed. The location, price and staff of the hotel were great. The amenities are older (from the 80's?), and the cleanliness is sometimes lame. Noise from the street and other rooms permeated our room. Most of the guests are Indian, and we didn't feel completely comfortable here. We were even asked at the pool (by another guest) if we were guests of this hotel;) Breakfast is mostly Indian food, but more or less fine. We were pleased to be provided a taxi to the airport very early in the morning. We were taken by the hotel driver for a reasonable price. For lovers of Indian culture I recommend it, but I will choose another hotel myself next time.

The service is not friendly. The hotel is just ordinary.

Bathroom was really dirty. On the first day of arrival, we called for house keeping to clean again and it took forever for them to come. They did not clean anything, just closed the bathroom room door and did nothing inside and we still found the same dirts on the same place. We then called for house keeping again, this time, they slammed the door in front of us as we called them again to do the same job. We do not recommend this hotel at all. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel location is quite convenient for us. Nothing great with the room, TV is always an additional amenities to enjoy especially with Radio channel included. Breakfast served mostly Indian cuisine as most of the guests are Indian but we're quite happy with the croissant and omelet with additional bacon friendly offered by the waitress. We quite enjoyed our breakfast time. Information of what expected to be charged in the hotel area are very handy to find haha. It always makes us laugh when we found another sign with things to be charged!

The hotel is not clean, musty, the telephone smells very bad.

Hotel lama masih bagus, bersih dan kamarnya luas. Letak hotel strategis dekat kemana mana dengan jalan kaki saja. Dari airport Suvarnabhumi naik kereta 40 bath, turun di A7 dan jalan kaki ke hotel tidak sampai 10 menit. Layanan hotel bagus dan ramah staffnya. Direkomendasikan.
