The hallways smelled bad as there was an old odor that came from either the carpet in the hallways. The breakfast was not good had gotten sick due to the waffle mixture as it was more watery than thick as it should have been. The breakfast could use an upgrade and hallways would have been better if there was a fresh smell. The room originally reserved was given to someone else that said had already been at the hotel for over a month and was given the second floor suite when was given the third floor suite. Need better communication with the hotel guests when rooms are reserved.

Been staying there since going to the imperial valley area. Always a good stay and clean. They price is reasonable too.

Great customer service. Friendly and kind,clean. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing was the television had no antenna, wasn’t able to watch TV. You could watch Netflix only by providing your on subscription. In overall good.

This is my second time at this locations and it has been great both times. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location too.

Check-in was quick and staff was super friendly.

Liked the thought of having breakfast on the go for those who can not stay and have breakfast. Did not like that our rsvp was for king bed, and got double bed that sounded like they were about to break down on every turn during the night.

First room smelled musty and the AC wasn’t working so they moved us to another room. BUT both rooms were on the 2nd floor and the elevator was out of order so we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs. My husband is 80 and I’m 75. Even though the parking lot didn’t appear to be that busy we were told all rooms on the 1st floor were taken. 😵‍💫. Not a lot of choices in Calexico.

Elevator wasn’t working and neither was hot tub. Didn’t go to the gym due to fear of getting stuck in elevator and stairway is scary

Everything was good. Bed was comfortable. Check in was ok had a hiccup at first but the person checking us in fixed it.
