Our stay was pleasant and staff was very helpful. The only problem we usually encounter is finding parking space.

Hotel was clean, friendly staff and the room was big enough for family of 3.

THe TV stopped working and they didnt have anyone to fix it and second no hot water in shower in the morning. Finallly, placed me in handicapped room and Im not handicapped

This hotel has a great location. The staff always friendly and professional. So far, my favorite hotel in Laredo. Stayed there three times so far.

Location is convenient. Friendly staff. Bonvoy does not apply because reservation was done by Expedia… silly policy, don’t you think?

Check in was easy. Desk clerks and kitchen staff were amazing. Hotel is next to mall and several restaurants. We stay at this hotel whenever we are in town. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Hotel is next to I35.

24/7 Airport shuttle was not available and I had to pay $40.00 for a private driver. Advertised amenities should be changed to show only certain hours for airport pickup.

The room that was assigned to us - the heater didn't work. The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful as he tried very hard to accommodate us. Finally after talking to his superior he was authorized to give us a suite. It took some time and it was late, but we finally got in the room and it was good.
