Nice friendly staff free parking nice clean room and nice breakfast

It was a good stay, helpful staff, very good barman and service, reception first rat.

Hotel was lovely. Room wasnt ready when we arrived but wasn't a big issue.

Interesting character and charm. Food was good. Service was slow particularly as there were only a few people dining.

Check in excellent. Room upgrade ! Great grounds and room. Visiting local Kelvdon Hatch Bunker as solo traveller. Would stay again .

Nice staff and convenient for area.

Service was excellent and friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a pleasant stay and location was ideal for our visits to friends and old neighbours.

Classic British hotel with very nice staff. Great stay, would stay again.

Ruined by very noisy children and teenagers.

Staff were nice but the room was noisy with a fan on all night next door stupidly noisy, curtains not black out so room lit up like a Christmas tree. Pillows thin. Food was not great burger was like frozen one and chips heavy with grease not great.

Had a lovely 2 night stay in a twin courtyard room.Beautiful setting and the Manor is full of character charm. Reception staff very welcoming,as were other staff around the property.Would stay here again.
