Cigarette butts at entryway on groun and ledges

We came into lounge to have a drink before flying out. We stay at this hotel at least once a month but never again. The parking lot was covered in ice and we stumbled upon getting inside. Once inside we ordered a drink and were denied by the bartender for she accused my husband of having too much to drink. Mind you it was 1:30 in the afternoon we had not had anything to drink that day and he is disabled. I understand bartender guidelines but the assumption and what not was not only embarrassing and humiliating we will never be back. Clear the ice out of your parking lot and maybe people won’t stumble and “appear” to be under the influence when alcohol was not even involved.

Friendly staff. Kept breakfast options stocked well. Disliked takes to long to get hot water.

We stay here at least once a month always positive this time there was no soap or shampoo in room so we had to get some. Than the next day we go into bar for a drink before our flight and the bartender said she wouldn’t serve my husband because he stumbled in the parking lot…. Ummmm hello it was Icey parking lot and he has neuropathy and can’t feel his legs he is disabled. I explained this and that we hadn’t even had a drink today at all. She said no it’s her call. I get that but pay attention to your surroundings. The parking lot was full of ice not salted or ice melt we had heavy bags. Unbelievable we WONT be back. Lost a long time customer

Our bathroom door did not lock or close, there was used tissue underneath one of the beds extremely dusty and our nightstand was sticky underneath the light, phone and clock also the hair dryer was so dirty we didn’t feel like it was safe to use

I guess the price was right. Hard beds, terrible lumpy old pillows, semi ok breakfast- more of just a grab n go & a toaster. They do have flavored coffee creamer at least!! Our bathroom sink never shut off completely.

Have a service dog gap under all room doors place towel at the edge and your animal won't be bothered otherwise great place

Quiet, safe property. The rooms are a little out of date, but you could eat off the floor clean, and the beds are comfortable.

Very nice staff, clean room, and easy access for our dogs with nice area to walk them.

Will definitely stay again
