Over all staff was awesome!!!

Loved everything about the hotel. Just a tad close to the road, so theres a lot of road noise all night.

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El personal es amable y eficiente en recepción.

Es triste ver como un hotel va decayendo con el tiempo. Era uno de mis hoteles favoritos de Torreon. El primer cuarto que nos asignaron hacia tanto ruido la ventilacion que nos tuvimos que cambiar. El segundo cuarto estaba mal limpiado, traia polvos en la superficie de un mueble, pedazo de galleta en el piso, sabanas con labiales rojos, la taza tiraba agua ....etc....

Great place to stay for business or pleasure. Spacious room, plenty of places to shop and eat all around. Great staff!

Bad service. They canceled my reservation and they said it was hotel.com who did it. In the check inn they dont gave me any response and were rude. the worst hotel from the Camino real chain.

Todo bien. Algunos detalles: - Pondría más agua en la habitación, no solo una botellita. - Pondría cafetera en la habitación - No se por qué no tenían coffee mate en el restaurante. - Las salsas del desayuno son demasiado picantes.

The area is not very walkable. Indeed, there are no sidewalks just outside the hotel, but getting to downtown via public transportation is convenient enough. The staff are fantastic. We had a great time!

The only thing I did not like was that I ordered room service and they said 50 minutes for my dinner, and it never came, I waited 2 hours and when I called again restaurant was closed it was rerrible
