There was too much noise d/t construction within the building. The pool was extremely dirty and we were unable to use it.

My bathroom towel had blood stains on it. The toilet seat looked yellow from urine. But its in a safe neighborhood which is a plus.

The staff was Uber nice and helpful! Even with my very limited Portuguese, they were extremely patient!

I had a problem with my room in the beginning, but was rapidly solved by the receptionist.

The room was comfortable, but wasn't clean when we arrived. The neighbourhood was nice one with some simple but good restaurants nearby and a mcdonald's. The staff was helpful and likeable.

A great value, two blocks to subway and convenient for getting around. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay at this hotel again when visiting São Paulo.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Beyond helpful. Unfortunately, not too many of them spoke English but they did the best they could. The room and hotel were both very clean but the room was a bit small. The gym was poor but the breakfast buffet was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel, free wifi and the breakfast buffet was fresh and well presented, pool nice but small, fitness area needs updating, overall nice hotel fulfilling all basic needs. Reception staff very helpful on arrival and during our stay. Metro station nearby with easy access to city centre during the day, taxi required at night.
