I requested a disabled adapted room. I.e, walk in shower and grab rails for the toilet and shower but got a normal shower that was about a foot off the floor so I struggled to get in and out not to mention not being able to wash properly as I can't stand for more than a minute. The room was tiny as well so I couldn't get my wheelchair in the room and had to leave it at the door. The other down mark is they give you two paper cups and I'm glad I was alone as I had my own hot chocolate so couldn't re-use that cup. Other than that, the stay was ok and staff were fabulous.
