Great dtay

Overpriced. Staff not wearing uniforms or name tags for the check in. People not available at counter. Toilet running all night, electrical burning smell in room. Breakfast was absolutely gross and mostly cold. Found hair in food. Dinning room chairs were stained and wobbly.

This isn’t my first time to stay at this hotel and it never disappoints! I was here this weekend as a runner for the okc we run to remember marathon. The lobby was decorated and the staff was supportive by hanging up signs with the runners names, had a fun decorated place for a photo op! Staying here was close to the race start and finish. The facility had wonderful amenities and kind staff members. The room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Everything was clean and in very good condition. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and the staff was very prompt in providing more washcloths for us. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we requested a little extra time to check-out. I highly recommend.

This is the second year I. A row that we stayed here for the OKC marathon. I booked a king room with a pull out sofa. Was put in a handicap room with no pull out bed. Had to call and ask for a roll away bed which they provided. When they brought the roll away bed, they brought no pillows. We asked the front desk for a couple pillows to be brought to the room. Lastly, my husband was running in the marathon and I had 2 small children. I asked for late checkout which they gave me noon. He finished the race 15 mins before checkout and barely got a shower in time. We later spoke with someone who stayed at the Omni, and we were told that the Omni was offering late checkouts at 1 pm and as late as 3 pm for the marathon runners. I like this hotel for the location and convenience without paying a super high price for a 1 night stay. However, I think we will try the Omni for race day next year for the later checkout offered. Overall it was a good stat after we got past the hiccups.

The noise was loud which made it difficult to rest. Running a marathon with little rest is not okay. So disappointing.

Close to arena

The rooms were great. The food at the bar was delicious and the hotel is walking distance from the arena which was wonderful.

The hotel staff was friendly, the property/room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the price was reasonable. The only complaint was, you could hear everything that was going on outside, like it had thin walls. Constant outside noise.

This property was very close to the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City. Just steps away!

Service and staff were excellent! Head chef took great pride in the dining services. Only issues were with maintenance-type things. We had to change rooms upon arrival due to A/C not functioning. But like I said, customer service was great - they quickly got us in a new room. Great stay overall, especially if you're going to a Thunder game!

It was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was exactly what other hotels offer for free except they charge $19 per person. Check in was okay.

Convenient location to catch a game , easy to get to , quick check in , large rooms

It’s steps away from the PAYCOM CENTER. I’ve been coming to Oklahoma City for the past three years to see OKC THUNDER games. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean with great amenities and the bar/restaurant has excellent, reasonable food.

Great place to stay!

The only issue we had was the room key wouldn't work, went downstairs to get them redone and those didn't work either, so had to call maintenance to come let us in, but they responded quickly and we had no more issues the rest of our stay.

Great service and access to great spots in the city.
