Toilet didn't flush. Fridge door didn't close. Only one valet so wait was a little long. Self-parking was not an option as small offloading area was clogged with parked cars.

The room was not clean and e nosiest room we have ever be stayed in.

Very nice, clean hotel. Right next to the Paycom center. Room rates were good. Just don’t see paying $19 per person for breakfast. When the same breakfast items don’t cost you extra at other comparable hotels

Staff friendly, helpful. Property was convenient to Paycom Arena ,short walk, area safe, enjoyed the stay.

Super nice people

Overall, I would say the property was amazing. The staff was excellent. Everything was clean sheets in bed were very nice. The only issue is we had was we left something at the front desk and got a claim ticket for it and it took four times to get anybody to find it. On the fourth trip, I was looking for it when one of the guests from my room came down and said they had gotten it. Not an actual issue, but the person from my room did get it without the claim ticket that raised a little concern for me. In defense to the staff, we had all been together multiple times when we were trying to get it, so there was definitely recognition of who it belonged to. But I still find the notion somewhat concerning.

It was ok a little pricey

Everything was great, but I considered the food/bar options on the expensive side for options available. Staff and property amenities were good as was the room cleanliness. Site location is good too - walkable to many locations.

It was terrible. The sink didn’t work properly. We couldn’t flush the toilet after going. It’s terrible. My husband called front desk to get coffee it took hours for them to bring it to us.

We love staying at this hotel and choose it every time when planning a trip to downtown OKC. It’s walking distance to all the fun things or the trolley station if you’re needing a lift. All the staff at the front desk are super welcoming and helpful. I’ve stayed at most of the hotels downtown but we always end up picking this one now. Its a keeper!

The reservation I booked was included big sofa bed and balcony, but when we check in they don’t get us the same room as what I ordered. And we talked with the front desk, they just tell us they won’t have any room to change with the king bed and big sofa bed.

Property was dirty and all the staff seemed very stressed out. Maybe they are understaffed? I called to ask for towels and after and hour had to just get my own. Also called and asked if we could have some plates and silverware brought to the room, the lady told me I should probably just come get them myself. Bathtub was dirty and greasy to the point that my three year old slipped and fell. Lastly there were people screeching tires and revving engines well past midnight, right outside the hotel. I understand that’s not really the hotels fault but it was very unfortunate.

It was a nice, clean room. Traffic noise and hall noise were pretty loud but that’s to be expected.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. One elevator was out of service so getting up and down to the room took a little while. Parking was expensive.

Very clean, kind, helpful staff, great breakfast and located in a very good area.
