Customer service was very friendly from when we checked in, at meals and through checking out. Room was clean and comfortable. Food at dinner and breakfast was tasty and priced well. Dinner was busy and our waitress made our night enjoyable and comfortable. Price of room was very reasonable.

I always check under the mattress for bed bugs or other surprises. Although there were none, the filth and stains between the mattress and the box spring were disgusting. The room smelled musty, and there was a noticeable buildup of grime on items like the charging ports on the lamps, the lamps themselves, light switches, doors, and other surfaces. The hotel is in serious need of a refresh. I was also disappointed that the continental breakfast didn’t include even a basic option like eggs. While the front desk staff were polite, I would still advise others to consider different accommodations.

The elevator was currently out hut otherwise everything is lovely.

Everything is nice , big renovations are going on and the gym was closed for the day, everything else was perfect for me, Walmart and Tim Hortons are one minute away, walking distance, too many restaurants in the area, I like this location, it is very convenient
