Traveling from Southeast Louisiana to El Paso Texas. It was a last minute booking in an unfamiliar area and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Recent renovation and we had a nice clean Comfortable king size bed and the room also had a little alcove with a love seat , reading chair and coffee table. We were able to take good hot showers and get a good night's sleep to pick our journey up again in the morning. Combined with a really nice staff and a very affordable rate, I would call it an excellent stop👍

The "free breakfast" was ONLY a waffle machine. There was no coffee, no juices, no cereal in the dispenser and no fruits available. I wasn't expecting a whole lot for the price of the room, but there are minimal standards for "free breakfast" and they did NOT meet them.

No elevators on property. Multiple complaints by customers. Bathroom unsafe. No safety strips or mats in tub which lead to ER visit after husband fell out of tub hitting ribs on toliet and head on vanity. Was told strips or mat is not required by management and it would peel paint off tub. No incident forms to fill out. Room was clean.

leaving a blanket full of stains - Leaving an empty shampoo container from previous passenger for future use of new guests IS NOT acceptable !

The check in took forever. The breakfast and coffee was super limited. The guy next to our room was loud all night and was even smoking . Which the management let him go on all night. We didn’t get much sleep.

Perfect for the price

The check in and check out was smooth & easy but there a couple couple rooms down that kept fighting and when I tried to call down to the office our phone wasn’t working then we I called on my personal phone they took awhile to come up and I felt like much wasn’t done. Underneath the sink looked like there was moled

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Heating unit worked very well and did not make a lot of noise as many do. Room stayed at a comfortable temperature all during my stay. Towels were fluffy and soft. One complaint: I was on the first floor and it easily took five minutes to get hot water to the shower head. The breakfast was not worth getting up for.

Nice, quiet, clean, comfortable, well lit parking, and a Cracker Barrel right next door. How could you ask for more?

Property was previously owned by someone else and it looks like they are just taking over. No frills. Breakfast was cheap coffee, toast and cereal
