Gorgeous view outside; spacious rooms; well kept; open window/door to outside

Great weekend getaway! The staff was so nice.

Always enjoy my stay

The entire staff including the hotel staff, restaurant staff, bar staff and pool staff were all rude & uninviting. Way too expensive of a stay to get such unwelcoming behavior. I will not return.

Hotel Rooms were clean, large, comfortable and the beds were amazing. Front desk staff were very pleasant and went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve issues. overall the whole complex was great-many food choices.

The property was beautiful and most of the staff were very generous and helpful. If you are staying here with older kids (13-20) I do not recommend this place. They are very strict on separating the kids from 21 and up at the pools. I did not know this prior to booking. My older kids were bored and not vibing with the kid pool. I didn't appreciate that I could not hang out with them at the pools. Super strict and the staff was downright rude about it.

Beautiful property & pool area. Came for a concert & casino fun. My mom & I enjoyed both. The Chinese restaurant on site was delicious. Super easy parking and a variety of dining options available. Happy with our first stay here :)

The only bad part about Harrah’s is no free Wi-Fi and the only pool for under 21 is the lazy river which is only 3 feet.

Fun place even for non-gamblers if you like to soak in a hot tub or ride a lazy river. Only downside is that midweek, lots of their food places are closed.

Our stay was on a Wednesday. Half the food areas were closed. I stayed here a few years ago and it was a good experience.

What i didnt like is the room they put us was not cleaned properly and there was NO hot water! They did move and upgrade our room however this room was dirty as well when i looked behind the night stand there was enough dust to plant a garden the shower wasn't cleaned good either! SHM... for the price they charge the ahould be ashame! The one thing i did enjoy was the spa good customer service and clean

Beautiful resort!

It was the perfect place to celebrate my Mom's 80 birthday party because gambling is one of her favorite things to do. We had an awesome suite with a balcony where we could have our party on the balcony.

My daughter and I loved our stay. We would definitely return
