Super bad, the pictures does not match with the reality. Breakfast terrible. The room was small.

The hotel is in two words, run down. The photos are no where near a true representation of the actual rooms. It is advertised as having a buffet breakfast but I got a voucher to use in a restaurant 5 minutes walk away. There was no Buffett I was told to sit down. I ordered eggs, toast and an orange juice. The toast turned up 5 minutes after I had finished the eggs. When I got up to leave, I was told that I had to pay $1.700, I tried to complain but 8 was told that the breakfast was only the drinks? When I discussed this with the hotel, the manager said the same and laughed it off. Avoid at all costs.

My room was not even close to the pics they show on the internet, small room, small bathroom with an old and tiny tv, not even the remote control worked, the bed was uncomfortable, i won’t recommend it

The location is central, with many restaurants, bars and shopping closeby. Its an old, dark building, and the room was plain, but good for a very low price.

The hotel clerk is very friendly and helpful. The location is center in most of the attractions. close to super market and stores. The place is safe and root is clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Frossard mainly because the staff were so helpful and as we are independent travellers so this was an advantage. The Hotel is very basic but clean. The Hotel is heated so we were never cold and WiFi internet was reliable. Bed was comfortable, although linen and bedding was quite old and dated. It is in a very good central location, we felt safe and it was very quiet.

The hotel was once beautiful architecturally. We loved the old cage elevator, stained glass windows,dental molding and medallions . The curved wooden staircase was beautiful . The rooms were clean but very ugly and not particularly comfortable. The staff were all bilingual and very helpful.

No computer access in room (wifi), nor in Lobby computer. Man at reception was MOST unphased and made it seem the 'norm' - MOST inappropriate for this era!

Lots of character and quite comfortable.

lPleasant hotel slightly old-fashioned but well-maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Situated in convenient location and as it was abudget hotel it fulfilled all my expectations. Happy with my stay and would recommend it.

Péssimo local cheio de mofo Café a duas quadras todos os dias iguais e não pode repetir so um Croassant ou uma tostada sujeira de mais Banheiro pequeno vazando resíduos do vaso sanitário iluminação péssima enfim pedimos um copo r veio uma Chicara totalmente cheia de sujeira enfim não recomendo

Foi uma experiência incrível, hotel muito elegante e conservado. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos.

O hotel é simples, me atendeu perfeitamente ja que eu ficava o dia todo fora, a cama e confortavel, o banheiro limpo, e o atendimento é maravilhoso. E ainda tem um mascote super fofo que alegrava meus dias. A localizacao é perfeita, perto de tudo. Voltarei mais vezes.

Hotel sencillo, nada lujoso, pero muy cómodo, tenes todo lo que necesitas, la ubicación es muy buena, estas cerca de todo el centro de Buenos Aires y los empleados de recepción son muy atentos. En general muy cómodo y contento con el hospedaje.

As fotos do hotel não condizem com a realidade ,muito barulho a noite, elevador barulhento e antigo ,recomendo somente para uma noite, o café não e no hotel , prédio muito antigo,saída as 10 da manhã , não tem recepção 24h, retiraram meu cobertor no 3 dia não colocaram outro,trocaram a toalha 2 vezes somente.,a recepção todos são muito legais isso foi bacana .

Es un edificio antiguo, le falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero igual super centrico y sus anfitriones David y Karen mas que amables te hacen sentir como en casa, lo unico malo el desayuno el lugar a donde te envian es bonito pero la atencion no es muy buena

La ubicación permite acceder rapidamenteca medios de transporte, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. Lo que no me gustó es que lo que muestran en la página no es la realidad del lugar. Lo catalogo como un hostel con baño privado.

Las fotos no coinciden con lo real. El desayuno es basico y se toma fuera del hotel en un bar. La limpieza es buena. El hotel tiene mal estado de mantenimiento y conservación. La ducha se inunda. La bacha se cae. Los resortes de la cama saltan. Nos dieron una sola toalla para dos personas. No hay frigobar en habitación como dijeron. Y ademas nos cobraron comisión los de hoteles.com. pagamos mas de lo que figura. Muy desilucionados
