Clean and big room

The room was spotless during the time of my stay and the fresh fruits put out everyday were enjoyable. The staff were nice and courteous. It’s quite the home away from home for my 17nights stay in Taipei.

Great decor and atmosphere. Well-trained staff. Close to metro station. Wonderful breakfast and happy hour including food and drinks. The Christmas concert was a delightful surprise Would definitely come back.

The food and drinks during daily happy hour were great, but the room interiors look rather dated, especially the bigger suites which have a lot of wooden furniture that look old. The gym is very small, only has 2 treadmills and 1 bike, but otherwise the stay was great, location is perfect, right next to train station.

The hotel staff was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was located very near two Metro lines, making travel around the city convenient. Breakfast buffet was very nice.

Everything was wonderful except the property smells moldy. Strongly suggest they clean up thier ventilation system on a regular basis.

The best things are the excellent management and services. Quiet and good for small meetings. Very efficient.
