Front desk, concierge, and both restaurants on the main floor were very friendly especially to my kids. We booked last minute and was worried a hotel like OMNI would not be kid friendly and I couldn’t have been more wrong, at least about this location.

Over all amazing trip don’t really like the downtown area but the Omni man that hotel is beautiful and every person who works there were the most genuine people

We loved the location.

It was a nightmare the minute we tried to check in. They didn’t have our reservation and couldn’t find it anywhere. I gave them our confirmation number and they still couldn’t find it. The girl helping us turned us over to a manager, Diane Soto, who didn’t talk to us about what was happening. We were just standing there in the dark. It was 3:40 and we were supposed to be somewhere at 4 and I told her that and she replied, “ Well, check in isn’t until 4 anyways, so you can come back”. I was appalled. Then, when we got home, we noticed that she charged our card even though we had already paid through the website and we told her we had! It took 3 phone calls and over a week to get the money reimbursed. We definitely will spend our money elsewhere.

Proximity to Gaslamp & bridge to Petco make this the ideal property for baseball (Padres) fans!

We had a great time staying at the Omni! This was our first time staying here and we want to come back. Right outside of the hotel you are a block away from the trolleys, Gaslamp, convention Center. We went to water taxi to Coronado and that was only a 10 min walk. We also had Padres tickets and took advantage of the private bridge Omni had to the Stadium. We spent our last hour enjoying drinks at Tortuga and the sunshine by the pool. It was quiet, relaxing and a great way to end our trip.

Has a great stay at Omni for my birthday. Had the premier corner room and the view of Coronado Bridge and Petco Park was amazing! I definitely would stay here again.

Year over year, we always love staying at the Omni. The sky bridge to Petco Park is the absolute perk of the stay but there are many others as well...valet parking, the newly renovated pool area (so nice!), and the bar (excellent food and service).

We had a nice stay at the Omni. This Hotel is connected to the Padres stadium so they really cater to the baseball crowd. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you are going to see Balboa park and the Zoo you might want to find a hotel with a shuttle service. Valet service is $65 per night. It's best to park across the street. The restaurant was okay. The only other Omni I had stayed at was in DC and was beautiful with a great restaurant. I think that I was expecting a little more from Omni.

Amazing place to stay especially when a Padres game is only a sky bridge walk away!

Check in and check-out was very fast The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well situated, close to restaurants and shopping. Overall, I would stay here again.

Very good but, need to do some maintenance on bathroom and carpets .

Everything was wonderful. Staff was helpful and accomodating. We will be back.
