Was a pleasant stay. Clean, convenient, and attentive staff

This place in Mansfield Ohio is a gem! The front deck people are very friendly in helping you check in down to where the places are to dine! The king suite we were in was beautiful. Big, clean, and comfortable, from the couch in the sitting room to our huge bed. One of the nicest places we've stayed in on our travels across the states. As Canadians, id like to thank our brothers and sisters south of the border for a great time. We'll be coming back next season and for more than one night..

Good breakfast

Staff were all very helpful and kind. Rooms have been redone. They were quite nice. Would have enjoyed using hot tub or weight room, but unavailable now with renos.

Check-in staff was awesome

Room floor was dirty and could not lock the dead bolt on the door. Mentioned to staff and sounds like it has been that way for awhile. Disappointed especially when found out facility was recently renovated.

Service was excellent but we had horrible room assignment. Don’t stay in 105! Next to mechanical room with loud noises. After an hour we realized no way we’d get any sleep in that room so we had to switch rooms. And it is a known issue as that room apparently gets lots of complaints. Not sure why we were put in that room when the hotel wasn’t very full. Front desk lady super nice and got us a better room but I hated having to pack back up to switch rooms.

The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. Very close to the plans we had with friends in Ontario/Mansfield. The beds were amazing! So very comfortable! My husband and I both had a GREAT nights sleep and enjoyed just being lazy until checkout time! Will definitely be staying again!

Property under construction. No workout facilities or pool as advertised

Stairs going up to the second floor were dirty and did not get swept over the 3 days we were there. Room was decent and upgraded. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast food was terrible.

The room was never cleaned, the 5 days that I was there. I had to ask, for towels, and I had to take out my trash. I also, had to ask for trash bags to replace the old ones. I did ask, for my room to be cleaned three times and it never happened.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were very updated.The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, very polite. The hotel location was in a good location. A lot of places to shop and eat definitely would go back again

Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating, clean, plenty of towels, good breakfast.

The hotel was clean, worked well, and was comfortable. The bed was also comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay, several food items and fairly good tasting. Management gave us a new room when the first floor window didn't lock appropriately.
