The bed was decent, however the tile in the bathroom was broken and shifting. The bathtub was slick with no mat for safety.

As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable here. I chose it for proximity to my nieces home, but will not stay there again.

Mostly very favorable. I was disappointed that the breakfast was a little on the average side but otherwise the stay was excellent.

We had an ok night the room was decent except for the shower first there was a spider in the tub and then when showing the water would and fill and took long to drain after. They had pretty good breakfast. The pool is in real rough shape. There were large chunks of paint peeling off the deck and paint chips were everywhere as well as paint flakes from the deck in the water. The pool doors are rusting terribly we will have to go somewhere else next time.

Hotel is clean and breakfast delicious. Did not have enough towels for pool area.

Nothing super unique about the stay. It was a well kept hotel, with friendly staff and a good size breakfast. Good location with plenty of dining options close by.

Rooms and some common areas are a little dated, but hotel is clean, staff is friendly, room was comfortable, and breakfast was good.

I was not impressed with the breakfast

Would definitely stay here again with my kids, the staff was so helpful and they did what they could to accommodate us. The facility was clean and tidy, the only downside was that the pool area had run out of towels so leaving the pool to the elevator created puddles of water on the floor outside the swimming area.

Room and bathroom not clean

Pillows were the only complaint I could find, besides that it was a very nice stay and exactly what I was expecting. Awesome area, and the Aroon Thai restaurant right by it is amazing!

Perfect experience, a staff not seen so much and things taken very good care of. Location is a bit confusing if using Google (Nothing new!) We checked in very late. Had to be up 4 hours later.

I was trying to use the TV. Everything I watched it buffered every few minutes, so that I missed half of the movie. And it didn't matter what channel I was on. That was frustrating.

The experience wasn’t great. The staff was friendly, but everything else was bad. The pool room was grubby with rust from the bathroom door just on the floor, nothing like the photos or description in the hotel listing. No pool towels, clock was broken and it was muggy in there with a strong chemical smell. The elevator shut on us unless we hit the “open door” button even if a limb was in the way. In the room itself, there were issues with the plumbing and bathroom cleanliness (I’m sure staff did their best but there were deeper issues, like it needed a real deep clean). The tub took hours to drain after a 5 minute shower. The bed was the only good part of our stay, it was clean. I do not recommend this place, a highway motel would’ve been better. The price was not worth it.

Staff was really great. Special shout outs to Connie front desk Friday-Sunday evenings was amazing and super friendly and helpful. Kristina the site manager was hard working - from front desk to breakfast coverage and folding towels - she was a hard worker.
