Hotel pool view was nice. Beach was close. Loved it.

This property is located in lap of luxury. You have tons of restaurants around walkable distance.. the iconic Marbella hotel is five minutes walking. And forum shop is 2 mins. We stayed here for four nights. It was the best property we could’ve picked.

Honestly overall a good stay if you're trying to be in Puerto Romano just don't ask too much to the staff like service is okay. Location is the best thing about this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool is good too, more on the quiet side which I liked.

Amazing hotel worth every thing and indeed a 5 star hotel, have access to everything beaches, restaurants etc. but the only problem is the WiFi they have to improve on that. But everything else amazing. And lastly pay for the breakfast it’s amazing covers every option from gluten, to vegan etc.

Clean, quiet. Nice hotel, with an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Really nice pool, rooms are nice but there was construction everyday. Every time you open the balcony door it shuts off the air conditioning and if you leave the room the mini fridge electricity turns off. So forget about being able to store milk for your toddler. They did give my toddler little presents that made her happy. Bathrobe were not soft. Great location, food at the pool was good. Good value for the price overall.

Beautiful hotel and rooms though very noisy due to work being done in various areas so there was so much noise and were woken many times during our stay a little disappointing

Séjour décevant- je n’avais jamais laissé un commentaire négatif à un hôtel auparavant. Ce n’est pas ma première expérience dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, et je ressors très déçue de celle-ci. Dès l’arrivée, aucun mot de bienvenue, accueil médiocre. Le frigo de la chambre était complètement vide, rien à proposer et malgré le panneau « Ne pas déranger » affiché, le personnel de ménage frappait sinon appelait... Difficile de se reposer ! Le ménage laissait clairement à désirer : après avoir bu du thé, les ustensiles sont restés sales pendant 3 jours, même après le passage du service d’entretien. Pire encore, les peignoirs sales qu’on avait mis à terre pour les faire changer ont été rependus comme s’ils étaient propres. J’ai dû appeler pour en avoir des propres. La salle de bain sentait parfois les égouts… franchement ! Les draps étaient simplement deux petites couvertures juxtaposées — aucune couette digne de ce nom, même à la maison on fait mieux. Et pour finir, un mot glissé sous la porte nous rappelant qu’on devait quitter la chambre le lendemain… Jamais vu ça dans un 5 étoiles ! À titre de comparaison, nous avons passé 3 nuits auparavant au NH Hôtel (4 étoiles), et le service y était largement supérieur : accueil chaleureux, petites attentions en chambre, des petites gâteries surprises et surtout, la paix. Dès le premier jour ici, nous avons regretté d’avoir quitté le NH. Très honnêtement, cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles. Je déconseille fortement.

Quiet , very clean and perfectly located .

AC didn't work on the first day. No vegetarian option for picnic breakfast. Water didn't drain well in the tub and faucets. No bar. No store. I expect more for a 5 star hotel.
