Nice hotel, breakfast was delicious with a lot variety and options. Staff was helpful. The bathroom was quite small but functional and clean.

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff who are very informative about the local area. The room is comfortable and meets most needs. Iron available on request. Breakfast is absolutely superb - they cater for everyone with gluten free, vegan and other options. Excellent

long term breakfast option

A bit far further out from the main areas than we realised when booking and right on the Main Street which made it noisy when the windows were open. No air con so either noisy or hot at night! Otherwise the property was fine but expensive for what it offered. The family room however was spacious and the new decked area at the back was lovely in the morning.

They provide parking and it was very helpful since parking is huge deal in sweden. Also there is light train station across hotel and easy to go to city center. Very clean and quiet hotel. We loved every minute we stayed there.

No internet...

Just didn’t have hot water in the shower for a couple of days. But they did eventually fix the problem

All good but some form of air conditioning would have been welcome. I understand it is not needed a majority of the time.Good Breakfast.

Elevators slow

I love staying here everytime I come to Gothenburg, they have the comfiest beds!! Breakfast is always tasty and a good choice. The terrace is a great suntrap, fab for relaxing with a beer and a book. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, what more could you want!

Our stay at the Spa Hotel was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only issues were with some unusual policies at the hotel and I’m not sure they are exclusive to the hotel or standard in Sweden. 1st, the standard room has no tea and coffee making facilities, you need to upgrade to get a kettle (they will provide tea and coffee at reception but no cups or kettle in the room). 2nd, you cannot buy a drink at the bar and take it too your room. You have to drink it in the bar area. On a plus, breakfast is amazing and the transport into the city centre is right outside the hotel and very reliable and affordable. Would stay again.

The entire hotel staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. Their daily breakfast is excellent. Location was also great. Overall a great hotel experience.

Great clean rooms. Nice and quiet area. Great breakfast. Parking was available but only one spot was left and took a while to fit the car into it. Overall great hotel.

Staff were superb and a tram stop is just 100m away. Fantastic breakfast buffet - will set you up for the day. Excellent place and will recommend to anyone.

The second and third day, beginning at 8 o'clock in the morning , someone started drilling right above my room. The drilling went on all day long. When I asked the front desk person, she had no idea. At least the hotel management should have mentioned that some type of construction or repairs is going on . Nothing of this is mentioned on the hotel site. Otherwise it is a great hotel
